PROS: With Skedulo, we do not need to rely on email for communicating about a shift schedule with our cleaning staff anymore. We do not need to depend on messy spreadsheets for tracking schedules, availability as well as time-in and time-out. The tool lets us track all of those efficiently, as well as smoothly communicate schedules and all corresponding details. This lifts a heavy burden off our shoulders since we do not need to exert too much effort on schedule management alone. We can now put more attention on other essential elements for improving our overall business.

CONS: Skedulo needs some improvements in terms of its flexibility with allowed personalization. Say, the swimlane should improve the visibility options for resource and job tag details.

PROS: Its personalization options are great, and it works efficiently for our remote work setup. It has simplified much of our company operations. Keeping in touch with customers is also very smooth with the help of modern and seamless solutions.

CONS: Its customer support service caused us some inconveniences before. However, they’ve improved a lot as of today, which is important for us to establish a strong business relationship with them. Today, we use Skedulo to help our company continuously grow amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

PROS: Skedulo has terrific Salesforce plugins that make the two platforms work together to our advantage. This combo has helped us achieve superior CRM operations because it offers plenty of features for varying purposes. It’s compelling us to make Salesforce our sole CRM platform too.

CONS: Their headquarters and our company office has a significant difference in terms of the time zone. This sometimes confuses us especially when we call for support. When we need an instant response for an error, for example, we need to wait for a long time before solutions come.

PROS: Helps me a lot during the routing process. Skedulo gives me alerts that the tasks are already sent to the drivers of our team. The platform also helps me identify the exact location of our trucks; at any point of a given day. That’s when I can talk with customers about the location of our trucks and their relative distance to the pick-up points.

CONS: I hope that the routes would show distinctly colored lines. For example, some lines link the job throughout each route, so we can easily determine overlapping points. This would help us know the schedules that are next on a line as well.

PROS: Skedulo has undoubtedly aided us in building a robust, flexible and on-call team that is ready to go with us through our rules and operations. This helps us accomplish different projects efficiently. Yes, the pandemic is a big headache for our field staff, but Skedulo has provided us an option to continue with their help. The Skedulo platform has a sleek UI that lets us enjoy a great user experience. It helps us easily get complete details about each of our field staff, their current location and their schedules.

CONS: Small groups who use Skedulo should put the region filters out from the picture. This would help users to give more attention to generated sales. Think of using the platform on lead as your native.

PROS: Scheduling tours is very easy through Skedulo. It lets me check the schedule availability of our staff, and it intuitively sends SMS alerts to verify a schedule. Amazingly, all features that I need to make schedules are here. These include details such as time, suite and room number to be toured. The platform provides an option to schedule an activity or tour over a longer timeframe, making it perfect for touring large buildings too. It even allows me to adjust the time when need be. This lets us conveniently send an email that carries detailed information to the person who will be making the tour, as well as make proper arrangements with the room. Skedulo is really suitable but adaptable for our necessities. It’s an outstanding time saver.

CONS: It doesn’t allow us to book tours for multiple cities at once, which is a problem for our leasing professionals that covers more than one city. This pushes me to make multiple schedules in one city for each staff, despite such a schedule is intended for a multi-city job. Skedulo doesn’t let me view the schedule availability of our staff without having to book a tour too. Such kind of insight could have been helpful when a client wants to tour another home after touring a previous property. This would help me assign the same specialist to such a client. Lastly, we want to see further flexibility in scheduling staff, specifically when staff is scheduled to tour a certain property on a specified date.

PROS: Skedulo allows our trainers to check their schedules on the calendar without hassles. They can also make motes after each meeting when they leave an event. The admins can also search for certifications that are signed by our trainers while making a schedule. The issue is, there are users in our company that only has a few certifications. Fortunately, with the help of Skedulo, they can still check the events that are handled by certain trainers. This is great for those who are using shared accounts.

CONS: Our frontend users experience sluggish loading time with Skedulo. On the other hand, the admin panel of the platform needs enhancements to make it more functional and convenient. Notably, the mobile app is hard to configure according to our demands because our own admin team cannot make the right changes on their own. Say, we need to refresh the sandbox and apply custom tweaks, we need to ask for support from the helpdesk for the job. This means wasting time waiting for their response to our tickets.

PROS: We’ve instantly used Skedulo right after setting it up, and it’s a great platform. It carries a huge repository of documentation that users can open, such as training materials for developers and customer service. The tool also lets us add some fields to boost reports, especially when we need to tweak some requirements. Skedulo also has Salesforce integrations that magnify its reporting features and has easily accessible data storage.

CONS: Having a good grasp of Skedulo and Salesforce isn’t an easy task. The combo is hard to learn, especially when about managing and accessing Salesforce data. But after learning the process, Salesforce has become a primary source of data and information through reports.

PROS: Easy to use, and is easy to modify depending on our changing company demands. It runs smoothly with Salesforce too. Skedulo also has a mobile app version that carries all the essential details that each of our staff needs. This is practically helpful for all our remote staff.

CONS: The swimlanes filter limits us to viewing only one city at a time. I also hope that Skedulo would become easier to configure, so we can do some changes without calling for technical assistance. And it’s quite inconvenient to make repeating schedules because we need to tweak the time zones for each entry.

PROS: Skedulo lets me check notes and schedules anywhere through its mobile app, even when I’m on a site or a tour. It lets me make edits or changes to the details conveniently, as well as easily communicate or notify clients for some updates or when an unexpected event takes place. I can also check others’ schedules through the tool which is an advantage in properly adjusting my time. Moreover, it has a terrific Salesforce plugin. When I set or delete any schedule, such activity automatically reflects on my Gmail and Salesforce accounts.

CONS: The mobile version is not as accessible with the web platform, and I cannot delete a submitted time block through the application as well. The mobile app doesn’t let me check others’ schedules too, which is something that affects the efficiency of our fieldwork. Moreover, the app loads sluggishly, and it also refreshes by itself and affects anything I’ve been working on. A refresh option that I can personally activate would be great, especially that I dislike closing the app and reopening it to see fresh content. And I hope I can tweak its appearance because I can only see a dominant blue with Skedulo and Salesforce.

PROS: Skedulo has fantastic UI and features. It also has a professional and dependable account management service. The tech developers are super speedy in boosting the platform to satisfy users too.

CONS: The privacy settings for each detail or information should be enhanced. I’m talking about the feature where users can specify if a detail would show or be hidden. The problem we encounter makes us use some other communication platform to clarify things.

PROS: Skedulo is amazing when it comes to scheduling many of our staff every day, and then informing them about the tasks they should complete at a given time. Its mobile app is also terrific because our staff can easily check their schedules or receive alerts when changes have been made. They can do it regardless of their location as long as they have their mobile phones on hand. Skedulo has made it easier for us to dispatch our staff accordingly too, especially that it serves as our central communication line.

CONS: Connection problems happen in some instances. This problem causes us to submit double entries to the platform.
