PROS: I like that it was so easy for me to find my way around Skyvia. It's also flexible, especially in terms of data migration, so we're spared from expensive consultants. With Skyvia, I'm able to import all our details without compromising our historical data too.
CONS: Most software provides information about their APIs and the data structure, so it would be great to have that with Skyvia too or make it even easier to understand and access.

PROS: I like that we didn't need to do extra coding. Skyvia also gave us a great user experience because it's easy to find my way around and didn't have to spend too much time figuring things out as someone from a non-technical background.

PROS: I come from a non-technical background, so it was a big deal for me to be able to set up scheduled packages quite easily. The features being offered are exactly what was required, whether it was free, or paid, which offers great value for money.
CONS: Having a 24-hour customer service would be fantastic, considering time zone differences and in case of urgent issues.

PROS: I'm so impressed that the Skyvia customer support team is always on hand and ready to answer inquiries and resolve issues. Recently, they even accommodated a request for a connector I need for work, that Skyvia doesn't usually offer.

PROS: I like that Skyvia is cloud-based, so it's easy to access and schedule tasks. It's also linked and integrated to other cloud-based services and database, so that's also good for our team. Skyvia's price is based on usage, so it works for our small group and it makes things more affordable for us.
CONS: t may not offer as many features as other competitors, but it's a quarter of the usual price, and the support team is willing to improve the platform based on what I need, so I'm looking forward to furthering developments.
