PROS: - Integration of email and messaging - Triage functions - tons of little time saving features - clean user interface - group chat - search

CONS: - no desktop client yet (in development though) - a little learning curve in the beginning to understand some new but clever concepts

PROS: Hop is doing something that seems like magic: it uses my regular business communication and email account and turn my cluttered inbox into a simple messaging format.

CONS: I am still waiting for Hop to release its Desktop version (currently only mobile).
