PROS: Very easy to use and covers quite a bit of information useful for the scheduling of employees. It does deliver what it states
CONS: There is absolutely no customer service. I have encountered issues or need information and I have written via their online chat tool numerous (over 10 times) and have never had anything answered. Occasionally, in the middle of the night, someone will chat with you, not address the issue but say they will pass it on to the "team" but no one ever gets back to me.
