PROS: Managing this tool as an admin is extremely convenient. We’ve finally found a tool that is not a trouble to use!

CONS: We hope it becomes more affordable than its current pricing. Although, it is quite cheaper than most top options.

PROS: I love all the functions it can do. This includes email and site management, conferences, as well as newsletters among other tasks.

CONS: I’m not satisfied with how the newsletter template looks. I hope they’d add more useful features to it such as columns.

PROS: StarChapter is largely helping our non-profit org in many ways, but it is mainly about managing lunch meetings each month. The platform lets us keep in touch with members and with people from outside, inform them about meeting venues and schedules, as well as it lets us efficiently gather cash from such events. It allows us to efficiently send qualified educational certificates to everybody in each meeting, which we’ve learned how to do with the help of the guys in user support. It has really helped in pulling us together.

CONS: There was a major update of the StarChapter layout that has made it difficult for me to learn the platform again. I have overcome such difficulties, however, and I can’t really point any negative stuff about it.

PROS: This is the most outstanding system for managing any small or big organizations today! And most importantly, it is very affordable, so even non-profit organizations can use it.

CONS: It lacks some useful features such as email personalization, then sending such emails on scheduled times and dates. It doesn’t have a specified email responding feature as well, such as making people only choose between a set of options. Those features would make the platform even more wonderful!

PROS: It can do a lot of things, such as tagging a non-member as a guest, which is great for increasing our member list. We’ve got a significant increase in such number by around 20%, and it is undeniable that StarChapter has contributed in many ways. Although, the meetings and offers we give to people significantly play some roles too.

CONS: It is quite difficult to learn, and we need to constantly re-check each update to make sure all procedures load properly. Managing badges for members and guests is inconvenient too since I need to download information from the system, then load them into Microsoft Excel for manually arranging them alphabetically.

PROS: Features an automated admin portal that is very easy to use. It is capable of handling a few admin accounts at once, so we don’t have worries when it is time to change board officers every now and then.

PROS: StarChapter team has efficiently integrated an M2 template in our company. It failed at first attempt because of some branding incompatibilities, but it was approved after some updates they’ve done. And the system allows us to work immediately afterward. Some of its notable features are the hamburger buttons and its fabulous layout. Also, it lets us grab convenient snapshots of the administrator panel for providing instant summaries.

CONS: It doesn’t work with Internet Explorer, and it doesn’t let us integrate job boards on existing sites such as LinkedIn. We can’t set LinkedIn as the main engine for searching jobs in the area too. Emailing is also problematic especially when handling a large number of entries to be sent, and it doesn’t let us classify such emails into groups. Moreover, we stumble on some issues when using the survey features, which forces us to use other tools that serve such purpose well.

PROS: It is unbelievably easy to use for a robust tool that I can easily teach its use to a beginner. And it has complete features for managing different aspects of a non-profit organization, such as for event organizing and for membership. This is because of the list of features it has, which let me complete different tasks such as creating and sending newsletters, creating and updating blogs, as well as managing sponsorships among others.

CONS: I have some issues when creating registrations because it cannot incorporate sessions for such tasks. Also, when people left their memberships, it automatically goes to the previous members' section and won’t leave any membership history. The newsletter templates are also very long when sent through emails, thus people often don’t bother to read its contents. Moreover, it has some limitations on the admin panel that makes a volunteer organization difficult to handle. We need to upgrade the tool to suit our organizational structure.
