PROS: It was very intuitive and easy to use. I also loved the PowerPoint integration feature. I was able to embed my poll into my PPT slideshare and show the results page without flipping through pages or tabs.
CONS: I did not encounter anything negative with the software.

PROS: I easily created polls by Swift Polling and could integrate it in my PowerPoint presentation using PPT add-on released by the company. It enabled my audience to vote either by sms or web. I could display the analytics of results in real time.
CONS: It's enables only anonymous voting in case of multiple choice question. Anyway, I wrote their support team and they exported the data and sent me.

PROS: User-friendly and interactive. As students, we were able to vote both via text messages and web/online. The software has multiple-choice polls, open-ended questions, and word clouds that work great for a classroom. Great for in-class quizzes and Q&As.
CONS: It could be limited by geographic location, e.g. so that only students in our classroom could participate in the quiz. However, I'm not sure if that's possible.

PROS: The customer support was amazing. Whenever I had a question, I could just write them in their live chat and they responded within seconds. Very kind and helpful.
CONS: They have a nice PowerPoint integration, but it’s not yet supported for the open-ended questions feature.

PROS: I love how easy it is to create and manage polls. The dashboard is very simple to navigate, you can go from start to finish in a matter of minutes. And the customer support chat was always available whenever I had questions.
CONS: I’d like to see more features on the Presentation page of the poll results. A few more color themes and other options to customize the look of the page would be great!
