The tool offers an integrated business reporting that aids agencies to analyze the effectiveness of marketing methods and campaigns; and determine which lead sources and targets  are generating sales value.

A noticeable and unique feature of WhatConverts is the manner in which it tracks and reports leads. The software traces a lead back to the source where it originated. It tracks leads from multiple sources which include search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo. It also collects leads and conversions from social media platforms, directory sites, referring sites as well as paid searches like AdWords.
