PROS: Intuitive software with various types of dashboards and insights. It not only displays data, but it gives you beneficial suggestions on how to improve your online marketing strategy. The product is comprehensive and has all the necessary features and options that I need. Also, customer support is excellent, with extensive blog and forum libraries.
CONS: They should provide maybe even more emphasis on CRM integration that works fine but need more incouragement (demos, tutorials, templates) to customers to use them more often.

PROS: It provides the free version, that gives you time to analyse that , a particular SAAS product given by Windsor.ai is good or not , free version rarely seen so I think it is the best aspect to give user time to make their decision .
CONS: I tried to open on my mobile , but it is slow that device , this is the issue
