What Problems Will Woopra Solve?

The reality of customer engagement today is that it is multi-device (i.e. most people use multiple devices) and multi-touch point (i.e. most users interact with companies via several digital touch points). PROS: The highlight for me is being able to tag website visitors and track their navigation habits. This is more effective to watch the flow than looking at a report.

CONS: The vendor could pair other events such as visitors filling out forms, etc. to tag them and know more about them. Another valuable addition would be an online chat feature that I can use to chat with my website visitors.

PROS: Our company uses popular internet marketing techniques such as SMM, email marketing, SEM, SEO etc., and Woopra helps us understand how a business lead has converted. We also use the app to evaluate conversion funnels and to optimize the conversions. You can use Woopra to interact live with your website visitors. You can get campaign level reports that help you gauge the effectiveness of a certain campaign and its ROI. Finally, Woopra can be used to understand how your offline leads come and convert for you.

CONS: There are no visible minus points, but for a broader view of web analytics, Google Analytics is a better option. Sometimes, Woopra gets disconnected if the internet connection is slow.

PROS: I am an early user of Woopra and have been using the app right from its beta testing stage when it was one of the first platforms to offer real-time visitor insights and the opportunity to engage them as well. A lot has changed about the app since then but I continue to love the system as it fulfills all my requirements.

CONS: I faced a few problems with third party integration because of the plugin I used. Apart from this minor glitch, it has been smooth sailing for me.

PROS: We use Woopra to filter through our company’s signups and leads. Using the filters, we can track email registration and the next steps of our leads. We can also track website visitors by campaign which is very useful to track analytics.

CONS: It is a bit hard to spot bugs as well as to identify disconnects within your syncs and filters.

Woopra allows you to combine all of your customer data with one-click integration. Before Woopra, I was trying to understand our churn metrics relative to marketing campaigns and product releases. We were simply unable to find a way to consolidate our data across Salesforce, Hubspot and our own in-app data. With Woopra, I can see all of the activity for each individual, along with how they use our product. Now, I can begin to understand what makes a happy customer, what actions indicate that a customer might churn and target them directly with personalized, relevant content to re-engage them.
