PROS: I simply love the PPC 20-Minute Work Week tools as well as the ad group planner in the Workbench, which is awesome if you want to segment your ad groups after getting a cluttered and messy Adwords/Bing Ads account.
CONS: The recommended keywords are sometimes not related or irrelevant. I have to spend time to review them carefully before adding them to any account. The same can be said of the negative keyword tool - it often suggests keywords which may be relevant and blocking them would have a very adverse effect on my campaigns.

PROS: What I like most is the ability to sync with AdWords. It allows me to quickly diagnose and implement important changes through all our paid campaigns. It provides me with information that I need in order to get the campaigns 2 hrs a week.
CONS: Some onboarding materials on social advertising product are not as intuitive as the AdWords materials. You cannot find training webinars for social product while AdWords product offers two webinars on a weekly basis. Of course you can find materials by yourself but this is an issue when it comes to their training portfolio.

PROS: WordStream is impartial in that it will give me suggestions other than increase daily budget, which is generally what AdWords does. WordStream allows me to more smart with my accounts smarter and delivers more conversions for the same budget.
CONS: The desktop interface is not as friendlt when viewed using smaller monitors (i.e. netbooks). It's difficult to see the information I need such as metrics and more.

PROS: I love that I have a centralized location where I can manage Google and Bing. I can easily spot differences in the performances of those accounts, and immediately recognize opportunities and wasted spend. With direct access to a Wordstream consultant over the phone, I can say I have a profssional who makes sure our campaigns flousirh and go from strength to strength.
CONS: There are a number of ways that the interface could be enhanced. I don't like that the date ranges are not flexible. I wish I could easily pick a keyword and determine specifically the search phrases that are activated by that term.

PROS: I love WordStream's 20 Minute Workweek and how it simplifies things such as turning the low-handing fruit of weekly PPC management readily apparent and actionable. The guide sails you through the keywords (and negative keywords) you should consider, helps you determine bids that need adjusting, ads remake or create, and more. You can do all that in just 15-20 minutes a week.
CONS: It's not a useful application if you are already a PPC expert.

PROS: WordStream offers great set of features and easy to use UI that helps you to simplify the management of all your PPC accounts. If you are not familiar with this kind of products the support service from this product would encourage you to practice and start creating and playing with various campaign set up and targeting options, this is great way for understanding the PPC.
CONS: There are not enough tools for managing display network ads but I believe they already work on this one. We need other 3rd party solution so we can better track the PPC generated calls and to add more value for rolling out Call tracking in UK.

PROS: Wordstream encourages me to optimize the PPC by myself. The consultant is great and we managed to reduce our average CPC. Other software we tried before this one didn’t allow us to oversee the situations at the end or to be in control of the process, thankfully this is not case with this product.
CONS: I’m not fan of CPA goal tracking in the software because we have Bing conversion tracking issues and because of this CPA shows up much higher results and this means that the data is inaccurate by KPI but I think this is more Bing’s issue. I’d like to get BING ETAs within the dashboard.

PROS: Managing and setting up your advertising campaigns for Google and Bing is a tad easier with WordStream. Accuracy is highly improved and expenses are significantly reduced. In addition, their customer service were very helpful and just simplified the onboarding process for us, whether we are advanced PPC users or beginners.
CONS: The user interface of a few advanced functionalities are based on flash and could really use some improvement.

PROS: With this tool I can manage multiple accounts within 20min work on a weekly basis. It allows me to pop into each account and to pay attention to the tasks that need improvements or more work. Before purchasing this product I had to spend huge amount of time in order to review and prioritize the accounts and I had very limited time. This tool allows me to stay on the top of all fundamentals and to do advanced improvements when needed. I also like the integration with Bing, I can manage Ad Words and Bing at the same time from WordStream.
CONS: WordStream does the job but at the end is not one of the best customizable software in the market. I have to say that the metrics for making decisions within 20min work weekly do not include Conv. Value and there is no option for changing the columns.

PROS: This tool saves you lot of time and it provides you with important insights into the campaigns. You have to spend 20min work week for projects and budgets. I was worried because the support was Boston based and I’m in South Australia but they immediately find a solution and the account manager worked and access his own calendar so he can book the times directly.
CONS: I have found that the keyword suggestions can be little clunky but the main purpose to this tool is to manage your campaign, therefore, I don’t have dislikes about this tool.

PROS: I like that its customer support team has helped me a lot, and they are always willing to guide you during the process and to perform trainings for you. They taught me how to manage AdWords and Bing PPC accounts.
CONS: I have spent lot of money on other tools in order to manage AdWords account. Also, WordStream’ team has taught me a lot of things and they showed me lot of ways on how to manage my business campaigns. I’m kidding, there are no dislikes about this software.

PROS: Their customer support really helped me get started and educated me so I can really make the best out of their product. They made corrections and now I am in full control over my Adwords and Bing PPC accounts.
CONS: I hate that I haven't discovered WordStream earlier. Back then, I pay good money for other companies to manage my Adwords account. I have to overhaul my business after WordStream showed me my mistakes but it's all worth it.

PROS: Syncing with Adwords is so easy. I also love the 20-minute work week. WordStream helps me in quickly identifying and diagnosing as well as executing changes across our campaigns. The information I get enables me to make the right changes and implement campaigns in just 2 hours a week.
CONS: Their onboarding materials were not as rich as their Adwords content. the social product doesn't come with training webinars. There is a huge gap in their training materials.

PROS: WordStream is great tool even for those who do not have tech skills and knowledge, you can add it to your daily workflow. I’m able to streamline the program by reducing CPA rates by 40% and to increase the conversions rate and the number of ads from 9 to 15. I personally like QueryStream feature and 20-min workweek. With 20min workweek feature all you have to do is to log in once a week, but you can always log in as much as you want.
CONS: The Product Listing Ads pull the information into account but you cannot do anything with this information.

PROS: I am in charge of a large number of small accounts so the 20 minute work week has been a huge help. I can easily check into each account and see which tasks require my attention automatically. I save a lot of time because there is no need for me to review and prioritize tasks. I just simply work on PPC. WordStream ensures that I am on top of everything.
CONS: While it certainly performs as advertised, WordStream isn't exactly customizable. I can't tweak the metrics I used for my decision-making process.

PROS: I love how simple WordStream is! I can easily manage the many client PPC accounts that we are currently handling. It definitely saves us time and even our clients are amazed with the reports! With WordStream, scaling our PPC clients to over 30 to 40 clients is very workable and we only need ONE person to manage all those accounts.
CONS: I'd like to see the Facebook Management feature and how it works. It's not there yet but I am quite sure we'll get there.
