PROS: I really love how this tool makes our admin tasks much lighter. We’ve been able to send out updates on events and church programs easily through this tool. Plus, calendar syncing has been quite useful too. Our members are better informed and no information falls through the cracks anymore.
CONS: We can’t really add as much church members as we want to. To add more members, we need to top up to the next subscription level. This move is still in discussion though.

CONS: We don’t get prompted by the system whenever changes have been made to the playlist. It’s such a hassle to communicate the changes separately on a different platform. It would be nice if WorshipPlanning were to add push notifications as part of its features.

PROS: We mostly use WorshipPlanning to set up the playlist for our church service. It has been a really convenient addition to our Sunday services. All we have to do is to save our playlist in the program and everything will be set up for the day.
CONS: We don’t get prompted by the system whenever changes have been made to the playlist. It’s such a hassle to communicate the changes separately on a different platform. It would be nice if WorshipPlanning were to add push notifications as part of its features.
