PROS: One of the best things about this tool is that it can easily be configured based on the user's requirements. Our team, for example, has been able to implement multiple formulae based on different scenarios thanks to it.

CONS: Adaptive has a steep learning curve, especially when it comes to dealing with complex scenarios. Sometimes, I wish it could be more like Excel in design and use.

PROS: Sending expense reports to our clientele used to take up much of our accounting department's time. However, Adaptive has finally allowed users to log in and check expense reports in their own time--thus allowing us to cut back in time and effort.

CONS: It's not exactly a "con" per se, but here's a tip for new users: don't hesitate to ask for support, especially in the configuration process. We've managed to do away with the unnecessary stress by reaching out and asking for help regarding the setting up of formula and accounts.

PROS: Some say that the system's dashboarding and reporting features are a bit tricky to handle, but I think that it gets easier to manage with experience. The program helps us predict all possible scenarios, a big plus for me and my team. Not to mention, any error that we encounter along the way are easy to pinpoint. In the unlikelihood of us not being able to track these errors down, we're confident that Adaptive's team can easily support us anyway.

CONS: While the functions run like well-oiled machines, the aesthetics of the program itself could benefit from some upgrades. Right now, the design of the interface is unnecessarily complex, if I do say so myself. On the whole, the interface takes a while to get used to. Plus, while we do appreciate iron-clad data privacy rules, Adaptive can be overly rigid on this front.

PROS: One of the things I like about this tool is that it makes importing and exporting data to and from its system easy. Its interface supports easy integration with other applications, which is great. This had been an instrumental tool during our company-wide migration to SAP. Somehow, Adaptive helped us mitigate (although not completely) data losses during said migration.

CONS: I'm not a big fan of how the dashboard is currently designed. There's some room for improvement in the creation of built-in reports too.

PROS: Adaptive is an easily-accessible and sophisticated cloud-based solution that makes it easy for our team to generate forecasts and analyses based on the company's existing data. Thanks to it, we can make sure that all of the results are derived from updated and accurate information. It facilitates a smooth flow of information from multiple sources so that we can obtain quick and precise reports. Not to mention, it synthesizes numerically convoluted reports into better-designed and easily-understood formats.

CONS: This no longer applies to the product's current design, but there was a time when Adaptive was wholly dependent on java. Of course, now, it has adapted to the times and has been re-coded from scratch accordingly.

PROS: Adaptive allows us to see our business from a whole new perspective. From freedom in reporting all the way to smooth CRM integrations, this program paves the way for smoother transactions and gives us real-time results. We no longer have to migrate data from one source to another! Adaptive helps us save time and allows us to focus our efforts on growing our company and our services.

CONS: The only downside to our Adaptive experience is that we didn't discover it sooner. I wish we would have had more time to fully understand the program before diving headfirst into its company-wide execution.

CONS: We had a consultant help us tailor the app based on our needs. We now have a tool that can help us provide support to our clientele more efficiently. I'm glad that we accepted the help extended to us, thus helping us avoid complications in the implementation and configuration.

PROS: Probably one of the best things about Adaptive is its design. It's almost foolproof and very user-friendly. I started using the program without prior training whatsoever, and I was able to understand it without the need for formal training. It's such a big help when it comes to financial planning.

CONS: I just wish that viewing reports from a particular month can be automated. Right now, I have to resort to digging through the reports to find files from months before.

PROS: For a team with multiple operations in different locations, I cannot stress how important it is to have a single, reliable data source. Adaptive fits our requirements quite perfectly--it's easy to use and can generally be accessed by anyone with an account, regardless of the location. Ever since using it, our productivity (especially our FP&A team) has skyrocketed.

CONS: Adaptive is basically Excel's more customizable and cloud-accessible version. While this may not be much of a problem, I still wish that developers will give more room for complex systems and models.

PROS: My team and I have been using Adaptive for some time now, and their progress has been quite impressive. What had initially been a simple reporting and budgeting tool has now evolved into this big-scale solution. To be honest, I can't wait to see what other features they will introduce in the future. At the moment, this tool helps us oversee multiple versions of our budget. It also makes reporting, even the complex ones, a lot easier for us. To top it all off, it's accessible and usable too, especially with its drag and drop feature.

CONS: Although not totally impossible, it's quite difficult to organize data on NetSuite 1-1. The search engine capacity can be quite limited at the moment as well.

PROS: Out of all the features offered by Workday Adaptive, OfficeConnect is easily my favorite. It simplifies our tasks and reports, saving us time week in and week out. Our productivity as a team has vastly improved thanks to this tool.

CONS: It wouldn't hurt for the reporting components to be a bit more encompassing, to be honest. The workaround that I've discovered, so far, has been to export the data on Excel and create my reports from there.
