PROS: Appointlet is a great application for booking and scheduling. The application is easy to use and it has a lot of features for the user to pick and personalize its contents. Also, coming from the free version, I am so glad to get to experiment on the features and see what suits best for my business. Overall, this is truly a great application, comparable or even surpassing Calendly and Book Me Now.
CONS: Navigation on the customer's side needs more improvement.

PROS: EASY is the word to describe the application. IT is easy to use, easy to sync with calendars, easy to customize, easy for the mind because it takes a lot of stress of booking away.
CONS: Inputting time on schedule; clients tend to overlook the timezones. Sending emails using the application also is tricky sometimes.
