PROS: I really like BlueKai’s cloud-based data management platform. This platform helps us to look at customer data and analyze their behavior. This helps us to target the right customers and boost our marketing efforts.
CONS: First, BlueKai is an expensive app. Second, the user interface is hard to use and can be improved. The platform has an excellent customer base and offers plenty of data. The vendor should make it easy to sort through this data.

PROS: BlueKai enables effective user-targeting as the platform tracks about a billion user profiles. The BlueKai Registry enables consumers and users to learn about their digital info that is being gathered by the app.
CONS: In my opinion, BlueKai lags behind its competitors when it comes to user interface which looks pretty old-fashioned.

PROS: I feel BlueKai has become ubiquitous as many media companies are using it. I recommend the app for agencies that can use it for their digital campaigns. The vendor sells their data to other partners so segments in Exelate or DLX come from them. We use the data integration to target our campaigns more effectively which has boosted the media ROI.
CONS: Buying data is expensive. You have to pay a premium price for the data and if your targeted campaigns are not effective, your ROI will go down.

PROS: I love BlueKai because it offers large volumes of customer data which help us learn more about our customers. Before we started using the app, we had very little info on our customers. BlueKai has been a savior as it offers plenty of useful data.
CONS: We are making efforts to add more customers to the BlueKai platform. If your business has only a few users, the app may be able to provide only a small amount of matches with their data.

PROS: We use BlueKai’s third party segments along with Google’s Doubleclick for Publishers to reach targeted readers on our website. The app offers multiple data sources and segments that are ideal for retailers and also to reach B2B consumers. This makes BlueKai a perfect app for our advertisers.
CONS: The only drawback is it is a bit difficult to know the accuracy of the segments.

PROS: I like BlueKai because it allows me to target by demographics, gender, and behavior, so it is an effective product for me.
CONS: I find BlueKai hard to navigate because I need to do inventory testing. First, you need to wait for new segments to be populated. Second, you have to reduce the inventory to an acceptable percentage. You can’t use all the available inventory because it will affect the effectiveness of your campaigns.

PROS: The following are my favorites among Bluekai’s many excellent features: The wide range of easily accessible third party segments, it is easy to access third party data segments to layer into the campaigns we create, copying the audience extensions based on the third party data segments, and finally, the app provides amazing behavioral data which is vital for third party data.
CONS: A couple of things bother me. The user interface could be improved to make it easier to navigate. Second, I feel the pricing packages are on the expensive side.

PROS: BlueKai offers the following advantages: It provides a vast central data storehouse with first and third party data collection features. Plus, it smoothly integrates with popular third party data providers. BlueKai also supports integration with leading ad exchanges and networks to facilitate accurate media buying. It offers amazing analytics for proper measurement and tracking of defined KPIs. Finally, the customer support agents are knowledgeable and very helpful.
CONS: There are a few drawbacks I would like to point out. There is no free trial offered to help you test the features beforehand. The user interface is not intuitive which makes navigation hard. Finally, the reporting feature could be improved a lot.
