PROS: It is easy to confirm appointments also. I like that it's easy for me to deal with clients: from sourcing and booking them, to make payment requests and check-in about our projects' progress. I also like that there's a reminder for upcoming appointments, assign times in blocks, and it's simple to change how we see it.
CONS: The overall look of the system could be improved, in the sense that changing colors of appointment types can help me become more organized and instantly see what's happening in the easiest way possible.
