PROS: Reporting and configuration in the cloud. Quite a Rich Feature.

CONS: Not being able to pick a list of names from House Account. Unable to turn off credit vouchers. Help is required on the support line.

PROS: Brink POS is easy and simple. Sales transactions can be done quickly compared to older POS. You can also log in and out without any hassle.

CONS: How to get started I think it's a really smart operating system, there are little things I don't like for example the screen timeout if I want to take an order and it takes a long time to tell me what they want. There are several buttons like the $50 bill button.

PROS: Brink sales representatives truly interact with potential clients to find solutions. A lot of systems advertises this but Brink literally does it. Brink POS technology is scalable for many enterprise groups in ways than most newer POS systems.

CONS: We haven't received any negative feedback so far from customers, so I can’t say I dislike any of its features.

PROS: Brink is expandable with our market. It's very user friendly from the Front of House side. Sturdy Hardware. User friendly. The sales department is excellent and at your disposal.

CONS: Back of house systems operate only on Silverlight that restricts accessibility to make fly changes. I have to go through more needed help. Hear it modified in 2019

PROS: I enjoyed the Customer Dialogue between Brink. It was great to learn how other businesses were coping with challenges or what sort of work was being leveraged around people.

PROS: It's one of a kind API and communication.

CONS: It has this odd provisioning procedure, which makes incoming Client emails hard to manage. It would be easier if the provisioning will trigger if we could forward signed contracts.
