Checkfront Review

PROS: I like that Checkfront allows me to modify my dashboard according to my preferences. It works well with my email marketing tool, among many other integrations in its system. They are constantly developing their system and adding more tools to their arsenal.

CONS: Checkfront is best utilized by those who have simple products. It gets a little more complicated if otherwise. However, they do have a support team that does a pretty good job in assisting you, so this might not be too big of a deal after all.

PROS: The tool? It does its job pretty well. However, the real appreciation should be given to the team working behind Checkfront. A lot of clients might argue that the product is only ever as good as the team who is in charge of it. Well, let me tell you—the Checkfront team really delivers. They’re always willing to help and they’re very efficient in solving any hiccups that I have experienced in the past. Kudos to the team. You’ve done a really good job of keeping this client very happy.

CONS: You can only appoint one user to interact with your clients. This can be pretty restrictive, especially when the volume that I have to deal with can be pretty overwhelming.

PROS: Checkfront is so user-friendly our clients do not have a hard time setting up an appointment with us or paying us for our services.

CONS: I have nothing to complain about Checkfront.

PROS: Before, I used to single-handedly process bookings for volunteers year in and year out. But Checkfront has saved me from so much manual work. Since using it, I’ve had so much breathing room to explore other facets of the organization that needs improvement.

CONS: Absolutely nothing. Zero, zip, zilch. This tool has been a life-saver.

PROS: I’ve been able to install and use this tool in no time. The learning curve is quite short, owing to its simple environment.

CONS: If I needed to customize a setting in my dashboard, I have to ask their support team for permission. This can be time-consuming on both parties. And to be honest, I feel like this tool has so much more potential. The developers should consider adding more features.

PROS: With Checkfront, I only have to add my products and services as well as their prices, taxes, and other details and I am all set! If that was not awesome enough, the solution also walks me through the entire process, making the configuration part effortless.

CONS: There are some things that Checkfront does not explain clearly, which sends me running to a dictionary.
