PROS: The support team works with you to create a customized connection that does only what you need it to, resulting in cost savings and ease of use. It helps us eliminate the need to reenter most sales information from Hubspot into Netsuite and reduces entry errors.
CONS: It is sometimes annoying that changing things like pipeline names or deal stages requires SYNC to be reconnected by the support team. However, the support team is quick and does so easily, so it isn't generally much of an issue.

PROS: Very simple, easy to use, and best of all, affordable. The seamlessness of their tool allows for easy adoption.
