CommunityPass is a robust toolbox that is designed around an engine comprised of customer management, content management, email messaging, and reporting.

Content & Activity Management

You can customize registration forms, publish catalogs online, offer programs seasonally, annually or one at a time, copy the previous season in a single click, and customize your pricing structure with late fees, early registration discounts, resident pricing, and multi-child discounts.

Participant & Roster Management

Features include historical receipts, transfers and withdrawals, issue credits, password resets, and program requirements tracking (birth certificates, etc.). Plus, you can manage waiting lists and build rosters with “Team Manager”.

Finance & Reporting

You can build custom reports with “Report Builder”, track financial performance with “Expense Manager”, use G/L coding, report on revenue by location, and run financial reconciliations.

Messaging

You can send alerts and reminders and promotional emails, communicate with past and present participants, manage email preferences, and email receipts automatically.

Registration

You can set eligibility rules and do step by step registration and automatic address verification. “Smart registration” keeps track of registrants’ schedule. Plus, you can allow online or “in-house” registration, register all family members in a single transaction, and reserve space for walk-in registrations.

Payment Processing

You can manage refunds, apply balance payments, accept cash, check, or credit card, and collect convenience fees. On top of that, you can use universal merchant account management or hosted banking. The app is PCI compliant.

Membership Management

You can create photo ID cards, scan in/scan out (“gate check”), support rolling memberships, sell and track guest passes, generate onsite reports, sell beach badges and manage locker rentals, and track and manage membership bonds.

Scheduling & Reservations

You can manage facility rentals, set up class schedules, use a single, centralized calendar, sell municipal permits, allow for recurring reservations, and allow custom pricing for non-profit or other charities.

Before & After Care

You can enable monthly or custom billing, sign in/sign out on iPad, enable digital attendance, allow sibling discounts, provide scholarships based on need, and offer free or reduced cost lunch.

Point of Sale Management

You can manage concession stand sales, sell tickets, collect daily fees, sell products and merchandise, and enable member pricing.

System Administration

You can set user roles and permissions. The app is web-based and offers an API. Plus, you can integrate existing student information systems. Hosting and bandwidth are provided by the parent company Capturepoint.

CommunityPass Services

The CommunityPass team will guide you through implementation, training, and go live. The staff will help you to import data and do customization. Once you’re live, you’ll get excellent support, annual reviews, and a high level of service. Services include implementation, eCommerce setup,  account setup, system integration, data migration, customization, training, report analysis & design, rollout management, and in-house support.
