Dispatch And Crew Texting

Once their done creating the schedule, the software lets them automatically send important information and details to all the members of the crew through text. Thus, they will be able to inform the entire crew of job details such as the address of the jobsite, start time, crew lead or superintendent, and other information related to the job.

Photo Timeclock

CrewTracks offers a time reporting feature called Photo Timeclock. This feature allows crew leads or foremen to clock in and out employees on site. GPS Tracking

GPS Tracking is another popular capability offered by CrewTracks. With this feature, users can view in real-time the current location of their crews and the places they visited during their working hours.

While the software provides features to monitor employee time and location, it also ensures that users can track the progress of the jobs that their field workers are doing. Data from a bidding software can be imported to CrewTracks. This includes their budget for labor, equipment, and unit hours. As a result, users will be able to allocate their resources quickly based on the budget data they have.
