PROS: Discover Ogr provides us with direct access to huge number of target groups. I like that the information for target contacts is accurate and effective. I like the synch with Salesforce it saves us lot of time when it comes to data entry and this means that we can be more focused on our prospects. Its support team offers solutions for every kind of issue, they build trust in the relationship and they are extremely helpful.
CONS: Unfortunately we missed the project for our target audience, by the time we dot the notification and reached out to the prospect the project has gone through evaluation period. If the alert option misses this kind of information then we don’t need it.

PROS: What I like most is the org chart. I like that I’m able to see the reports on who reports ho and with all other information. This is extremely helpful for sales process because I can reach out to right people. I like that I receive daily or weekly triggers without spending too much time in pulling reports.
CONS: I have experienced some issues when uploading contacts into our CRM. Also, sometimes the trigger subscription doesn’t send any emails with information, and same information is given in triggers subscription emails. They could improve this one because there are lot of duplicate information.

PROS: I have used other tools similar to DiscoverOrg and I have to say that the accuracy of the data it provides is on a higher level than other’. I can understand when sometimes the information is not accurate because people constantly move and change their jobs and phone numbers. Thanks to this solution we are able to close lot of deals. I like that we get opportunity alerts and ability to filter by technology that is used in business.
CONS: I cannot really say that I have dislikes about this product, because it constantly improves. So if you had asked me what is it that I dislike most about Discover Org months ago I would have answered that I don’t like the limited to technology but with the latest updates they have improved this. There are no dislikes just suggestions for this software.

PROS: I like that it addresses the needs of our company for data accuracy, it filters the best leads needed when sourcing that saves us a lot of time.
CONS: We always deal with a huge amount of data, and I hope the developers can improve on their Scoops and OppAlerts so that the data can be archived for backtracking purposes.

PROS: I have been using DiscoverOrg for a few years and I have to say that I’m very satisfied from this product and its customer service. Whenever I run into some issue the team is always responsive and willing to take actions in order to resolve the issue. Also, its search engine holds great amount of information on database and this makes my whole work easier. It has great filtering functions and creating lists, It allows me to work on my campaigns and to stay in touch with my targets.
CONS: Sometimes the contact or phone number is not updated but you can always research the target group in order to find the information you need.

PROS: I’m not sure that there are other solutions that can provide things like DiscoverOrg can. We get accurate and understandable reports of contact info, tile, who reports who. We are able to configure alerts by state/area/zip code and etc. I like that the team behind this tool work constantly for product improvement and growth. I like working with Ben Croll from DiscoverOrg’ supports team, he is responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to help.
CONS: In my opinion, they could make the alerts more specific and detailed. For e.g. when researching about new company I’d like to know what product they chose not just blind information.

PROS: This is one of the best tool when it comes to finding direct line phone numbers and organizational charts for companies. The integration with Salesforce is wonderful and extremely helpful one. Its UI is intuitive and it doesn’t require much training for learning how to use the platform. The data we get is accurate, its team is perfect and they are responsive to my needs.
CONS: The only thing that I don’t like is that we have purchased the North America Data set.

This tool is combination of quality of the product and quality of their organization. Its support team is dedicated, knowledgeable and helpful team. This tool is useful for everyone, from leadership, through sales, research and support. We use DIscoverOrg on a daily basis. This solution is not only about gathering data, it offers org charts, trigger, OppAlerts and etc.
CONS: This is expensive product but worth every penny.
