PROS: Organizing activities for the team was made easier because of this app. It's also user-friendly so anyone can use it if they are the organizer of a company event. The performance of the app is really good and the interface looks professional.

CONS: Although it looks good, I wish the format can still be improved to be more intuitive.

PROS: Scheduling meetings is made easier because of Doodle. Everyone can easily vote for the best time to set a meeting, so it's not a hassle getting a consensus.

CONS: I like this app.

PROS: There are many things I love about Doodle. It saves my team a lot of time when preparing and scheduling meetings. It makes us more organized and efficient. On top of that, the app is fairly easy to use and very functional.

CONS: It sometimes changes the dates that are already marked. There's that glitch.

PROS: Great platform. Clean user interface. Easy to learn the app! I love it so much, but the best thing about it is that it allows me to schedule team meetings quickly, without having to worry about the conflict in dates.

CONS: The survey/poll could be a lot simpler so that it won't overwhelm the end-user.

PROS: This is so much better than setting meetings through email. It allows users to select the best time for them, where everyone is most available. I also love that it can be customized depending on the type of meeting you're organizing.

CONS: So far, I like it. I just have to learn more about the new features.

PROS: This app allows me to easily check on the individuals who are not available for a meeting and set a separate one for them.

CONS: I think the interface could be made simpler.

PROS: It is so far the best calendar app I've ever used. It's really helpful in deciding a schedule within the team because I no longer have to ask each and everyone about their availability. Setting a meeting is easier now because finding a common time is made convenient.

CONS: They could improve the interface some more because it can be a bit confusing when choosing an action.

PROS: Doodle is the only tool I use to schedule group meetings with my team. U can easily find the best time for everyone and it allows you to schedule meetings with lot of people at the same tme. Those you are shceduling with can respond at their convenience and check out multiple timeslots that work best for them. Also, you can easily edit survey and share it by using only link.

CONS: Sometimes the scheduling itself can be cumbersom especially when there are lot of time possible for meeting on multiple days. So don’t give as many meetings options in order to avoid this, but this might be confusing for my students.

PROS: I love the user-friendly interface of Doodle! Overall, the app helps be manage the schedules of my team members and my clients, which makes it easier to set meetings.

CONS: The survey feature can still be improved by making it more simple.

PROS: Doodle is great tool with great features, I like its “if need be” option because I can see when I need to move something on my shcedule. Also, I like that I can set it to particular dates or some generic days of the week. It sends me an email when the poll is created and when it’s updated by other people. It has clean look and simple graphics with red and green squares that show when people are available. The UI is easy to use and straight forward.

CONS: It can be really frustrating when you need to pick specific times, because everyone has busy schedule and what I’d like is to let each person choose when they could and could not meet. I don’t like that I have to list each time slot and it can be really hard to visualize when there is large poll with lot of respondents.

PROS: Scheduling meetings without people in the same room is far more efficient and simpler than dealing with group e-mails. All it takes is to find the initial options and have the link e-mailed for them to decide which ones suit them best. Custom settings are also available in restricting the number of time slots reserved for a limited number of people. It proves its value for 1-on-1 conferences.

CONS: It doesn't do well in the display department for mobile devices (especially when dealing with a lot of date/time options). The "edit" functionality could use a bit of enhancement. Since users aren't required to log in, they can type their name in, and do edit responses.

PROS: Doodle is perfect solution when you try to schedule meetings with people who are all around the globe. This is more efficient solution than using emails for this purpose. You can select the beginning options and then email the link to individuals/groups to select which one works best for them. Also, it provides custom settings like limiting number of people who can sign up for a time slot and this is greta for individual meetings.

CONS: The mobile version doesn’t display nicely especially when there are lot of date/time options. Also, they could improve the edit feature as well.

PROS: Doodle saves us lot of time when it comes to scheduling a meeting or event with both large groups and individuals. You can easily set up dates and times and copy over options. I like that we can start with no knowledge about our groups’ schedules and we can allow them to choose their hours when they are available for the meeting. You can type specific dates and times and this can be really useful when organizing group schedules.

CONS: They could improve the integration with Outlook and Calendar, it can be easier to shoot off a quick email and have time and date appear in all individuals’ calendars. I don’t like that I have to go to new site so I can create the poll and vote and then go back to the site in order to see the results.

PROS: I frequently utilize Doodle to help me see the best times to set up my own meetings. This is a good thing since you can utlize the time zone settings to ensure you set a proper scheduled for colleagues regardless where they are in the globe. You're also given a chance to upgrade to make use other options.

CONS: You'll have to fork out cash just to make use of the upgrades. Regardless, the basic version, on its own, does just enough for most scenarios.

When submitting the response the colors allow you to visualize the options that work best for everyone.

CONS: When you have large poll you can easily see all options and in my opinion, this is unnecessary. Also, I’d like to filter participants so I can better see what works best for various groups of people within the poll. Sometimes the comments cannot be seen by everyone, so they could make them even more visible.

PROS: I use Doodle on a daily basis so I can figure out when to set up meetings. I like that it allows me to use the time-zone settings so I can find best time for colleagues around the world. Also, you can upgrade it to full version so you can get an additional option “Maybe”.

CONS: Basic version works okay, but you have to pay so you can get the upgrades.

PROS: This is simple, intuitive and straightforward solution for setting up meetings with other. The good thing about it is the fact that it can be used by almost everyone even by those who have less tech skills and experience. It provides clear picture of everyone’s availability.

CONS: The only dislike is more of user-bahavior and what I mean by that is the fact that there are some members who select their desired availability instead of selecting the blue time and have to ask them if they are really not available at the time they select they would be busy.
