What is emSigner?

emSigner is a fast and secure e-signature solution that enables organizations and professionals to share, sign, store, and track documents electronically from anywhere at anytime. Optimized for building paperless office environments, emSigner permits users to set up their own workflows for approving and signing various types of documents, encompassing those related to departmental, B2C, and B2B processes and transactions.

The e-signature solution makes it possible for users to import multiple documents and sign them all at once. They can also sign documents even if they don’t have an Internet connection at the moment. emSigner raises alerts and reminders to notify document collaborators and approvers if they haven’t signed the documents yet. 

Adding comments, watermarks, and timestamps to documents is supported as well. emSigner allows the encryption, classification, and real-time tracking of documents, automated transfer of documents from one’s ERP or CRM system, and development of a branded signer page.
