EPAY Systems is an integrated web-based suite of modules for HR management, payroll, labor and time management, and compliance. Its human capital management solution (HCM) helps employers manage their workforce from hiring to retiring. It suits mid-sized and large enterprises looking to offload the mundane task of managing the technical aspect of their HR system. 

The key modules include Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, HR Administration, Time & Attendance, Payroll & Tax, Benefits Administration, ACA, COBRA and Performance Management. 

You can post jobs on social networks and job boards, set rules to pre-screen applicants and have a centralized location for CVs and file submissions. A tagging tool lets you shortlist and rate candidates and capture feedback. 

Qualified applicants are easily moved to onboarding inside the system. You get access to a set of digital and web forms and utilize e-signature to speed up the paperwork. The system can be automated to generate the required paperwork based on job posts. There is even an employee self-service in English and Spanish to help you offload the onboarding administrative task to new hires.
