PROS: My company produces maternity clothes and after we added Epicflow to MS Project our manufacture is going like clockwork from supplying fabrics to distributions to stores. We are now able to optimize long-term production load efficiently. We can see upcoming bottlenecks, for example, lack of capacity with logistic to a store, and fix that saving the flow. It's become much easier now to show my people what to do thanks to Epicflow’s mobile app.
CONS: People tend to mount resistance to any critical updates to the process interpreting changes as additional duties. But it's OK now, they developed the right habit to work in harmony without overload.

PROS: Great improvement on project deliverability and resource load management. A must-have for managing multiple projects with shared resources. Future load analysis is a lot of help when planning ahead and adding more projects.
CONS: Just like any other PM tool it takes some time to adopt.
