PROS: We have experienced few issues with GTM but on the other side it is extremely easy to use and install. I like that there is an option for chat, share screens, toggle screen control, video chat and an ability to use the headset. Clients are happy for using this product and they have great experience with the meetings. I like that we can keep touch with our team while we work from home. Its support team is responsive and helpful.
CONS: Sometimes the default meeting invite doesn’t allow using mic and headset, when this issue occurs we have to go back and adjust the settings or to start with other presenters.

PROS: GTM allows me to schedule individual meetings, send invitation with their template, I can check out my account so I can better see the meetings I have performed. The other good thing about the software is the reminders I get, thus, I can’t send invitation if everything is full. There is even mobile app to join the meeting or to log on my desktop. I can even schedule meetings for others and assign them as a leader so I can be free to leave the meetings without worrying that the attendees being kicked off.
CONS: First of all, the platform is not as intuitive as it should be. Also, some people have told me that they couldn’t hear and see me due to the video and audio issues. Some video meetings are moved to a phone calls because some attendees couldn’t connect, and this happens quite frequently. The good thing is that I haven’t had some problems with the platform this last month, the conference and platform are running easily and I don’t have connectivity issues as before. In addition, the meeting cannot start without the leader, it would be great if the rest of the attendees log on and be ready for the meeting instead of waiting me and then adjusting their cameras and voice, this way we are wasting our time.

PROS: I love the ability to save on travel costs by hosting own virtual meetings. This software provides lot of features so you can easily present, and other can even take control of the screen, mute attendees when the main part of the session is running and many other options. It really offers great set of problem-solving tools. We are able to provide after-the-fact records to our attendees or we cans end the records to those who have missed the meeting.
CONS: In order to get the video out to those attending we need to restart the presentation, this doesn’t happens all the time and hopefully we don’t lose people because of this issue, but they can still work on this one.

PROS: I’m using GTM for many years by now and I can surely say that I am very satisfied from this product and its offerings. The team behind this product continuously updates and upgrades the software and I can’t really complain about it. Sometimes my clients find difficult to manage the plugins but it’s not a problem at all since we can easily perform hundreds of meetings. Its customer team is responsive and they quickly provide responses.
CONS: They need to improve the plugin for install. Also, I have found out that the Outlook plugins fails almost every month but I think that this could be Outlook’s problem.

PROS: GoToMeeting allows me to perform easy communication with my clients and to share contents with them. I’m using it to interact with IT people when we need to discuss about specific software, various issues and to troubleshoot. My IT team can take control of the keyboard and mouse in order to solve or fix specific issue, I really feel like we are all in one room, facing each other.
CONS: What I don’t like about GTM is the fact that it seems to be bit slower than other apps I’ve used.

PROS: This software is easy to learn and easy to use. When users set up the software we can easily schedule and start the meeting, everyone who want to attend the meeting can easily join into it. We use code or links and we don’t have to worry about issues because we always have choice for inviting people. It allows us to switch screens between members to someone wants to speak.
CONS: I don’t like that requires setting up account so we can have our own dial in number and meeting ID, it’s no big deal for me because I have to do it once but I’m not sure for the fee of each user.

PROS: GoToMeeting offers great set of features and it is extremely easy to use. I like that works for every kind of company. The features I like and use the most are: Screen sharing (this feature comes with perfect quality, the image is clear and fast), Simple UI (it is not cluttered and it doesn’t have unnecessary features, there are simple buttons for managing the screen sharing), chat, keyboard control, markup, recording, video conference. We are able to pause the shared screen and do something else in the background.
CONS: I don’t have any dislikes about this perfect product. Someone may want more and more features included but for my work and experience these are enough.

PROS: GoToMeeting software is great for performing meetings and offers VolP functionalities and even direct dial number for those who want to use the phone. We can easily change presenters and the pass the screens around while the meeting is running. We can even give keyboard and mouse control to someone else so someone can present his idea from somebody else’s screen. The other great thing about this tool that the recordings are well converted so you can share them, download them.
CONS: What I don’t like is that we don’t get new versions automatically if we want to get upgrades we need to contact our account manager. The other thing that I don’t like is that there is only option to pick our country phone and not our state, and it can be difficult to reduce the call casts this way. Additionally, the meeting cannot start without organizer and he needs to use the app, there is no flexibility when it comes to this issue.

PROS: GoToMeeting offers great options for setting up online presentations, conference calls, webinars and project collaboration. I like the ability to switch the presenters during the meeting. Everyone in our company can present their product/idea from their desktop while they live in different location.
CONS: Sometimes the phone system for conference call can be clunky. When you enter the meeting ID sometimes doesn’t register the ID properly. These are few issues but it can be frustrating from time to time.

PROS: I love GoToMeeting product because it is easy to set it up and because it is user-friendly tool. As organizer/admin I have different controls so I can better manage the meetings. It is reliable tool and it can be used by other companies even though they haven’t purchase the product. What I love most the integration with Outlook because it makes the scheduling meetings easy.
CONS: I don’t like that there are limitations with contacts. It takes 5-10minutes for downloading the software.

PROS: I love how it is easy to set up and easy to use. It provides great integration with Audio and VOIP. I also like the integration with Marketing Automation Vendors-Pardot.
CONS: The numbers that GTM/GTW provide cancel the meetings and webinars. Also, there are lot of customers who have turned on the firewalls and they cannot attend the meeting. As I said before, there are integrations with marketing automation vendors but it took lot of years to create the APIs for the integration. I feel that they are pretty slow when it comes to product development. Additionally, there is lack with international dialing numbers.

PROS: GTM provides simple way to join the meetings in real-time. We can send link or anyone can visit the site and enter the meeting ID. I like that we can easily send out emails with the URL for attending the meeting. Also, I like the screen-share and recording features. We can easily start recording the meeting and to have a file in .wmv format. I also like the iPad app because it works perfectly. Great tool for attending the meeting while traveling around the globe.
CONS: I have found that some organizations have block the app and this may cause some problems.

PROS: GoToMeeting provides modern, responsive and intuitive interface. Its administration portal group functions are easy to use. I use all GoTo products (GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining) all these are easy to use, intuitive and highly useful for our business’ needs. I love their integration with Seelt. When we migrated from Webex our users enjoy scheduling calls, video interaction and they don’t need to use emails or phone calls anymore.
CONS: There is little to dislike, they could make the billing more granular. Also, I would like to break out individual costs without moving and mining same data.

PROS: I use GoToMeetings few times a day, and as far as I can tell this is great tool for performing meetings and my clients can easily join them without problem or concern. They don’t have trouble when it comes to accessing. As a manager of large group this product is what I really need in order to keep everything and everyone updated and under control. I can easily send out to customers a link and I know that the link is shared among the others.
CONS: I have found out that sometimes the software fails, or even the mic or speakers don’t work well, sometimes there is an echo sound. Sometimes we experienced lost calls or issue because of the sound quality. When I wanted to ask the support team to fix the problem I couldn’t find them. I hope they have improved their software since my last experience.

PROS: Our company is based online, and this software is must have in our business, we have been using it for more than 5 years, we have also used other product but we prefer this one because it offers more intuitive interface and it is very easy to use. We have trouble when people want to join our meeting from different product there is no connection at all, I would be happy if everyone could use this one.
CONS: In my opinion, they need to resolve the problem when people join the meeting via their phone. The person who want to join the meeting need to enter an audio PIN so their name can show, and the problem is that the attendees can’t easily find the PIN. They really need to work on this one.

PROS: GoToMeeting is great software to improve the collaboration with your team by performing conferences, sharing control, video meetings, interaction with others and many other things. There is even an option to record the whole session and to share it with anyone who wants to hear it or with someone wasn’t able to attend the session. Invitations are easy to send out, there is even great integration with Outlook so we can better manage all invites by using the calendar. Everyone can use and join the meetings, even those who are not tech-savvy.
CONS: When the organizer of the meeting is not available, it would be great if we can start with the meeting without him/her, because it is really frustrating to switch to another meeting invitation or something in order to fix the problem.

PROS: GoToMeeting is easy to use software, fast and useful. It offers great set of features. I like the options to record the meetings, there are features for screen sharing and audio, screen drawing, VoIP and many others. I have to say that the call quality is perfect and everyone is using the VoIP even when someone is on the other side of the world.
CONS: Sometimes the people cannot dial into the audio but cancelling the meeting and recreating it solves the problem. Also, the work of the software depends on the IT firewalls and some locations cannot use this software.

PROS: The software is easy to use and we can easily invite people to our meeting, the good thing is that they don’t need to possess some technology knowledge in order to attend the meeting. When scheduling a meeting the software generates the link we share, we can even invite people to join a meeting while it’s running.
CONS: The software that is required for browser plugin doesn’t work well, it loads but then hangs up and we have to restart the browser or even PC in order to get back to the meeting. Also, if I am invited to another meeting it requires me to download the same plugin again.

PROS: Once you learn how this program work everything becomes easy. GTM’s interface is easy to understand and everyone can use it.
CONS: It takes some time to figure out how the settings work before doing the live-call, but I believe this is important step when you start using software you are not familiar with. What I don’t like is that whenever I run into some issue I cannot easily find the solution on their site and then I have to call the support team and they are not as strong as they should be. Also, I don’t like that the audience view is no longer present on Mac Version and we cannot even adjust the categories and to customize the look. In addition I have found that it can be really difficult to change the name in Mac Version. I believe they will solve these issues soon.

PROS: GoToMeeting is extremely easy to use, all you need to do is to send invitation, open it and start talking or sharing screens with your attendees. I like how this product works great with our outlook calendar and helps us to keep track of the meetings we have scheduled. This product can be used by those who don’t use GTM and who haven’t some technology background. I even use its mobile app so I can participate meetings and share screens when I travel or when I’m out office. I even attended meeting while at dentists, isn’t it amazing?
CONS: I have faced an issue when launch a meeting the link goes via browser instead on the desktop installation. Also, I remember when I was connected via phone I heard an audio from totally different meeting and from different company, this huge issue when it comes to security. I could listen to their conversation but they didn’t even know that I was attending their meeting. This happened once and I use this product for more than 3 years I’m using it on a daily basis.
