PROS: There is absolutely no confusion concerning the price, you get the set and the features you paid for. In fact, they are pretty straightforward in every sense, providing awesome service whenever necessary. I use it to set availability and to keep track of who has been called, and my favorite thing about it is that I'm not paying per user. It has been a faithful assistant for 2 years now, and the experience is nothing but wonderful.
CONS: The line will not always be perfect, and there can be few dropped calls from time to time, but I really think you shouldn’t worry about it as you have the perfect customer service by hand to help you deal with the issue. You won't pay the fee while they're working to fix your problem, even if you're using the lowest plan aor you're a new user.
The least favorable review

CONS: 1) There is a delay in voice transmission between caller and recipient that often causes both parties to start talking at the same time, then stop, then start - very annoying. 2) When a caller selects an extension, the set up software has a setting for the number of rings you want that caller to hear before an answer, but Grasshopper has a predetermined number of about 15 rings that is REQUIRED, even though the set up appears to allow for less - customer support is aware and states that Grasshopper "feels" it is best to have at least their predetermined number of rings . . . so many are required that I have many clients hang up rather than wait for an answer :( 3) the desktop app and the mobile app are completely different, not only in layout and how they work, but in content . . . calls, voicemails, texts, and faxes all handled differently if at all, by each app. 4) old texts can not be deleted, so the inventory of texts just continues to grow and becomes cumbersome to scroll through over time 5) a text from someone who has never texted comes through into the "in box" just fine, but if for anyone with whom you have previously texted and categorized that exchange as "Done", any fresh texts from them do not go into the "in box" so they go unnoticed until you go looking for them in the Done file (where they do rise to the top since they appear in chronological order, fortunately, or you would never find them.) 6) the mobile app does not 'auto-refresh' so unless you constantly sign out and then sign back in, you miss alot of new calls, voicemails, texts, and faxes . . . 7) often, text transmissions take several hours to transmit

PROS: l can simply extend unlimited additions, uninstall and realign features based on employee shifts, and there is a segregation between overall attachments and private additions. Convenient to install in a distinct business using a direct telephone line.
CONS: You can not connect with another network if you receive an outgoing call.

PROS: I am assured of Grasshopper 's system in terms of security and I don't have any issues with it. It's very easy to create private text messages using your office mobile contact details.
CONS: I hope it could be directly connected to our training applications, hence user details we had could be accessed smoothly using the software.

PROS: The procedure and function of the application. The customer service is excellent. They give great assistance to their users. Very easy to use, simple to follow making need work done in no time. Giving a short phone call on my mobile number is so much easier and hassle-free.
CONS: None so far. If there is something I want to suggest probably fewer notifications and reminders about certain things but that's helpful sometimes.

PROS: Once you enter B2B sales, a highly visible and accessible number becomes a priority, and you start facing problems with your growing sales team. Even the slightest change in the graphic is causing incredible problems (when an employee takes few hours off, for instance), and you experience a strong need to control these variations without affecting the quality of your service. That's how you come across the idea of having a centralized number, a good one, to be more precise. Translated to software terms, this means Grasshopper. The program eases every process, and provides you with an 800 number in less than 15 minutes. Believe it or not, it takes a single person to administer hundredths of calls, messages, extensions and voicemail, and he can even use a mobile app to do it on the go. I'm usinf the Android app and I've seen no difference to the desktop version, and I believe the iOS app can offer the same quality. Another huge advantage of using Grasshopper is the price-it takes only $12 to start! Additional minutes are paid, but not that much, and in case you're a mid-size B2B you can easily go with the $24 package, or 500 minutes to be precise. Finally, the UI is made to suit even the savvies user, so there is absolutely no chance to mess up.
CONS: Grasshopper doesn't offer a free trial, which didn't make me to happy. Luckily for me, the company offered an accelerator to access a $100 trial and I could see all the benefits of the program. They will be annoying too, once you've set it up they will offer all sorts of upsales, to record messages for something like $75 or to transcribe them for $10, but obviouly you don't have to accept any of it if you don't need it.

PROS: It's so simple to install, we were receiving calls and getting voicemails immediately. We love that everyone can use their own mobile phones through Grasshopper.
CONS: We had issues concerning international calls and we've found out later on that it has no reporting features that we basically need.

PROS: Garsshopper helps us assign calls to a praticular users or more of them, regardless of whether we're in the same room or miles away from each other. It is an easygoing program that 'cleaned' the mess off my desk, becuase I have international employees even if I'm running a relatively small buisness (selling sunglasses stripes). Being this small, we could not afford the luxury to hire a special call agent toredirect calls, while the price of Grasshopper is just perfect. It simply did more than we expected it to, because we're not just redirecting the calls, but scratching a bit into the reasons why the calls happened at the first place. Therefore, we can program and categorize calls in any way we want.
CONS: The price is good, but it can be misleading if you don't pay enough attention. They will ask for additional fees, and in case you try to cover them, you'll end up paying almost 50% of their advertised price. Somehow, I think it is even fair for the service you get, but you should be aware of it from the very beginning.

PROS: Grasshopper has lot of information, support and features for its customers. I’m amazed of its customer service because they are always willing to help and to improve user’ experience. It allows you to use their templates and information for SMBa. You can choose from free numbers or local numbers or even both options are available too. Also, there is voicemail to text transctription and voicemail sent to email. In addition, it allow you to call from your business number so you don’t have to use 2 phones.
CONS: It is truth that Grasshopper has lot of features suitable for any business size but I don’t like the limitation for $24/mo with only 500 minutes allowed!

PROS: The set up process is easy and its UI is straightforward. As soon as you sync your phone numbers you’ll get complete control and you can make changes as you wish. The good thing is that making changes is quick process and the updates are quick and clear.

PROS: I like that it forwards calls to our employees and they can perform sales wherever they are. We are able to work together with employees who live in different countries. When we started this business we couldn’t afford offie assistant to answer calls so we found this solution that forwards calls to the right person.
CONS: I don’t like their pricing strategies, we purchased cheaper plan and we ended up with more than 50% from the advertised price.

PROS: I like that it allows me to add huge amount of phone numbers and to choose which number to call. I really like working through this system, because as freelancer I work from home and it is flexible soluton for my workday. Also, I get email notification for every voicemail received.
CONS: I don’t know why they didn’t accept the 866 number and extension.

PROS: For B2B sales you need to publish your phone number and you can use toll-free. It’s much better if you have centra number with extensions so you can controle the whole process. Thankfully, Grasshopper, makes everything easy, you can add 800 numbers in less than 5 minutes, it allows you to admin all extensions and messages, access voicemail, fax and other. You can start with $12 a month even the $24/mo plan is great because it offers 500 min which is enough for small size businesses.
CONS: There is no free trial or something to try the product before purchasing it. I don’t like that they try to convince you to pay for lots of upsells and they could charge you for additional services like recording base messages for $75, to get transcribed voicemail for $10 and so on.

PROS: Price is flexbile, UI is simple and straightforward and it has great support service. You cqan choose from its set and you can easily rotate calls and set basic availability. I like that there is no per user fee. We are using for more than 2 years.
CONS: We’ve experienced few dropped calls and quality of the line but thanks to its customer service they’ve helped us to find solution.
