PROS: It's been a year since we first started using Jobvite. We're able to take advantage of Jobvite's reporting capacity. The application process is so smooth, that we no longer receive calls from applicants asking for assistance with the system. I'm also able to refer candidates to insta-URLs leading to up to three hobs that fit what they're interested in.
CONS: I like that tutorials are available and their customer service team is responsive, but there are times that Jobvite would just have too many options that it can be overwhelming to understand everything available to us.

PROS: I really like working with its implementation team, and I like the idea that we can push notifications to social media sites. We can share posts across the platform which is great thing. The interface is great and we can easily move sourced cadidates.
CONS: I don’t like the complexity of the product because it requires some trainings for newbies. And building out individual platforms for campus events can be complicated as well.

PROS: Jobvite is so effective for both job candidates and employers! The process is seamless -- applicants easily set up and monitor their application process, while employers like myself save time scheduling interviews because it's synced on my calendar. We're able to finalize our new hires much, much quicker now.
CONS: It would be great if there's a feature that allows the applicant to be notified when there's an update about their status.

PROS: Jobvite helps us organize our process in terms of recruitment. The workflow is logical and easy to understand. It's comprehensive for all the aspects we need in recruitment and is also easily customized. We're also able to get help from their brand team to help us build great Careers microsite.
CONS: It would be great to find alternatives in terms of loading job ads, apart from HTML format, and be able to edit them when we need to. We could also use more integrations like SSN and DOM for HRM systems.

PROS: It's so easy to use, even if you're a beginner. It's also much easier for recruiters and hiring managers to use, so we get more interview feedback a lot more quickly.
CONS: The careers site functionality is very limited. It would be very helpful to improve the functionality of our careers website and to add an option to work on several workflows all at once.

PROS: I like that the support team is very responsive, regardless if our concern is a minor one or a full-blown major one.
CONS: It would be great if the support team would respond more quickly. Some functionalities are tricky to wield so we have to figure out a workaround for them. There are further areas that we need to configure, but don't have admin access to.

PROS: I like that Jobvite is easy to use. We're able to text from the tool, which makes it easier to connect with our candidates. We're also able to customize and manage many items on our task list so that we're more efficient.
CONS: I wish the reporting could be updated too in terms of template and speed, and none too soon.

PROS: I like that Jobvite is consistent with system upgrades that keep improving their platform. I'm happy about their innovations for the past several years. My favorite features include modules on core applicant tracking and recruitment marketing (including university, internal mobility and employee referral campaigns, and compensation benefits packages page). I also enjoy using the Jobvite Text. This allows me to communicate with candidates and fully utilize it during recruitment campaigns. The Onboard feature is also great because it integrates with our system.
CONS: It would be helpful for the UX to improve, considering AWS is a fast server. It would also be great if the features they're offering can be easier for the clients to understand instead of being confusing.

PROS: I like that Jobvite helps me screen the candidates a lot faster and move them through the process. The approval for hiring managers is also easy to use.
CONS: It would be great if we can have someone from our team be trained by Jobvite to be able to edit the chains of approval so we can cut the time on trying to make even the smallest of tweaks.

PROS: I like that Jobvite is user-friendly. It helps to have workflows and be able to share jobs and candidates within the company because it saves us so much time. We're able to streamline the hiring process because all our hiring managers and recruiters are in one platform, so we don't have to follow up so much.
CONS: It would be great if we can upload job descriptions a lot more easily, and be able to make corrections and updates into the document quickly, without having to reupload the entire document.

PROS: I like Jobvite. It's easy to use. I've been using this with our team for about five years, and we can customize some features according to what we need. The reports we receive from Jobvite allow us to be transparent, and it helps us identify areas for improvement in our processes.

PROS: We are extremely satisfied from Jobvite features because they offer maximum functionality and capability. It makes great difference for us when it comes to recruiting and on-site career fairs. The collaborative features are great and useful for our hiring team and they even use the app version of the product.
CONS: It has some limitations when customizing job descriptions and careers landing page and it can be frustrating for anyone who works in a company.

PROS: First of all, I’m amazed of its support team, you can always get them on phone or contact them via email they respond quickly. Also, the platform is easily customizable and we can customize it according to our needs. In addition, they provide trial for each applicant which is extremely great. We can track of sent emails and hiring managers can review them and their current status and position.
CONS: It takes some time if you want to customize the solution according to your company’s needs. They could make he system more simple and intuitive.

PROS: This is powerful solution that allows you to move through candidates and requisitions easily. I like its reporting features and capabilities. The price is affordable. Also, it is great and intuitive system for basic tasks. You don’t have to worry about the system because there are lot of training videos available. I like that they constantly improve the product and they are open to feedback and suggestions.
CONS: Sometimes, when it comes to building workflows there is a need of back end help which is not always available. There is no simple way to make changes on the go. Also, the roll set up is not as perfect as it should be and this means that we need to allow HMs in order to get access.

PROS: I like that I always get fast response to all my questions via chat /phone support or logging cases. I like the product platform because it is easy to use and extremely customizable and it doesn’t require hiring a developer.
CONS: Reporting is little clunky but I feel that it’s getting better. And other minor thing I might say that I don’t like is inability to post a req within multiple locations without creating custom location.

PROS: I like Jobvite’s feature that shows us candidate’s Linkedln page directly. I like that we can gather information from Linkedln about the candidates. This feature saves lot of time and we don’t have to keep multiple tabs open in order to search fo r the information we need.
CONS: The integration with Linkedln can be slow from time to time, it takes some time to appear. Maybe we need to use various screening evaluations for various stages for our interview processes.

PROS: It is great tool that distributes jobs to employees, it offers great integrations with HRIS systems and lot of canned integrations. The customer service is quick to respond and it is highly customizable. The reporting options are great and we can always customize the reports according to our needs.
CONS: Jobvite offers lot of functionality and it can be really hard to find solution that offers same things like this one.
