What Problems Will Kelloo Solve?
Scenario #1:
Resource planner Sarah is responsible for managing a resource pool of 50 resources shared across 10 projects. Resources are the biggest cost to her organization. Previously, Sarah used a spreadsheet to manually plan the resources and this meant that often they did not have sufficient resources of the right skills set to work on their projects.
