PROS: This is a really excellent tool that can do so many things. It has met practically every one of our business needs and has helped streamline our processes and make them more efficient. Best of all, there isn't a steep learning curve to contend with, and our team quickly learned how to use this!
CONS: One area they do need to improve on is by adding more customization options. I would like to see more of those available for several industries.
