PROS: This tool helps me analyze vital data easily, such as customer interaction, preferred products, buying methods, frequency of buying, etc. Then, I use such data to generate specially made newsletters for my customers. Meaning, it helps in minimizing my advertisement expenses, since I focus more on my customer list. I do not exert extra effort on bringing new traffic to my site anymore.
CONS: The price of Metrilo is reasonable, considering its features and functions. But it is not that affordable for a small business that generates small profit.
