PROS: Very flexible and user-friendly reservation app. I can do so many things to make events management much easy on our end. I can assign tasks in advance to waiters, and clients can customize their requests all in advance.

CONS: The app sometimes works very slow, or the entire page suddenly stops responding, leaving you no choice but to click refresh or log-out. It can be somehow frustrating; fortunately, it does not happen very often.

PROS: You can make personal requests every time you make an online reservation. I was able to remind the restaurant staff that there are people who are allergic to peanuts and seafood, so they are aware of what food to serve on a particular guest. You can also inform them if you are throwing a surprise birthday party.

CONS: I have not encountered any issues with the software since I started using OpenTable for more than a year already. I was able to book several restaurants across the area, and all of them were able to accommodate me.

PROS: It is so nice to have this app on my phone and laptop. I am in charge of booking for a restaurant whenever we have guests coming over. I no longer have to drive for miles and look at different venues. I can find a venue in just an hour. Also, it allows you to make personal requests by simply writing notes on the application.

CONS: I do not see any disadvantages of using OpenTable. This has been very helpful in my line of work.

PROS: Booking for reservations at a restaurant can be very tedious and time-consuming. Thankfully, OpenTable connect app allows you to plan an event by using a single software without leaving your desk and office. Aside from making reservations, you can also leave special orders to the servers and restaurant manager. If ever your chosen seats or venue are already taken, you still have visibility of its future availability.

CONS: I am not a techie kind of person, so using the app sometimes overwhelms me. I see too many tabs and buttons, and I find it confusing which ones to choose. The good thing is that the basic features are visible so I can manage using the app even without the assistance of other people.

PROS: OpenTable Connect helps you plan any corporate event successfully. You can easily choose your preferred venue and fill up the online questionnaire. You can leave specifics as to how you want things to be done or presented. You can also indicate how long the guests are planning to stay in the venue.

CONS: Since the software is dependent on the Internet or WIFI connectivity, there are instances wherein your reservation may not push through in case of a weak connection. Also, sometimes the app goes through system latency that can cause difficulties in booking for a restaurant. However, this only seldom happens, so no need to worry much.

PROS: I learned to navigate OpenTable connect in just one day. The user interface is straightforward and easy to comprehend. Booking for your preferred venue is easy as 1-2-3.

CONS: I need some assistance in canceling multiple bookings on specific tables. It could be a system glitch, but I need a quick fix for this. Also, I am hoping that the app should allow users to make changes to the layout of the tables and chairs. Doing this saves a lot of time rather than giving the restaurant staff lengthy instructions over the phone or visiting them.

PROS: It helps the guests save a lot of time and effort. Sometimes their schedule is too busy, and they do not have time to visit our restaurant. All they need to do is download OpenTable on their laptop or smartphone and book a reservation on their preferred date.

CONS: For me, there is nothing wrong with this app. I love it and enjoy using it for my day to day transactions.

PROS: The program helps us achieve so many things, especially during a large event like weddings and company parties. You can use the system to place markers on several tables and assign them to a specific server. You are assured that the workload is evenly distributed, making it less overwhelming for the crew.

CONS: It is quite challenging to determine if the client is already inside the restaurant so we could immediately lead them towards their table and mark it as taken. It would be nice to be able to add some face recognition features in the app or ask customers to leave a brief description of their appearance and outfit. If we do this, we will spend less identifying them, which is honestly very time-consuming.

PROS: Planning for an event is now more enjoyable on my end. I can look for a perfect venue within minutes without any hassle. Also, I can create my guest list and remind them about the upcoming event through e-mail, SMS messaging, or other options. The app allows me to move the event date if necessary.

CONS: I do not see anything wrong with OpenTable connect app. It allows users to view how many times they have logged in or when was the last activity. But it would be better if they can provide an accurate timestamp of the date and time of each reservation to avoid any conflicts or misunderstandings in the future.

PROS: I no longer have to travel to book for venues for our parties. I can do this by simply downloading the app on my tablet and reserve a place in just a few minutes. I get to save a lot of time and accomplish more things because of OpenTable connect.

CONS: The only downside of using this app is whenever something goes wrong with their system. It happens periodically, but aside from that, it gets the job done the way it should be.

PROS: Using the software makes lives more manageable. You can make reservations at any restaurant of your choice. No need to waste time visiting the actual restaurant and falling in line for hours. It is fun and hassle-free.

CONS: There is a long list of restaurants on the list; however, not all of them are willing to take online reservations. I am hoping that this issue would be addressed by the management of OpenTable connect so they can filter their list and make their app more reliable for their clients.

PROS: It is quite challenging to look for the best party venue and inquire from one restaurant to another. This can take days, and sometimes you get rejected outright. The app prevents you from having bad experiences because you are assured of a legit restaurant booking by logging in to the OpenTable app.

CONS: Its main room for improvement is the speed. If user traffic is high it takes forever to load the application. They must fix this.

PROS: OpenTable Connect is very easy to navigate; even new hire employees can learn to book events in just one day. It has a feature that allows establishments to save user profiles so we would be able to verify if it is a repeat customer or a new one. I can accept or track reservations on the go because I can install the app on my gadgets, including my smartphone. With OpenTable connect, all I need to do is check out the list of reservations and collaborate with the rest of the team by leaving complete instructions to the person in charge of the event to make sure that the event will be as smooth as possible. Any last-minute requests or changes can be accommodated by our staff.

CONS: The app has a couple of restrictions, and I hope that they could grant us our requests in the future. First is that we are unable to combine multiple customer profiles so we could easily identify them upon to save time. Also, it would be nice if they could provide us with access to change the floor plans from time to time. Some guests are also requesting a print out of the floor plan, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide it to them because the application does not have that kind of feature. Another concern is the lack of support staff to cater to our requests in real-time. There are times when we ask questions, and it takes some time before someone from OpenTable gets back to us.

PROS: My job requires me to plan for huge events that are usually held in restaurants. Planning for an event used to be so overwhelming, but when I found out about OpenTable connect, things became more manageable. I could book a reservation under other people's names, make any changes, or provide specific requests by merely using the software. Also, I can send the guests an invite that goes directly through their e-mail. It is paperless, convenient, and saves a lot of time. Now I can organize an event in just one day, which making me more productive in the workplace.

CONS: I do not have any visibility when it comes to the actual layout of the restaurants. Although it is not a big deal because you can quickly figure this out a few days before the event schedule, other than that, I do not have any issues with the application. It gets the job done, and so far, all the events that I have booked turned out to be a success.
