Pipefy Review

PROS: Pipefy is a user-friendly, robust, and versatile software that solves all your problems when it comes to your business processes -- from automation to reporting.

CONS: It's a bit expensive especially if your team is big.

PROS: This is so far the best of its kind! I love the easy-to-use interface and a wide variety of functions. There's a lot that can be done within the app. It gives more like a bird's eye view of our team's processes.

CONS: It's a perfect software for me!

PROS: Pipefy is a user-friendly and easily learnable software! Even if you're a beginner, you can start using it with ease to improve your work processes. It works well even if you're work processes change regularly.

CONS: It has limitations that may not work well for larger organizations.

PROS: This simple and user-friendly tool helps our team get everything done! It's really powerful and it gives us control of our processes.

CONS: I feel like some functions seem a bit slow. Exporting databases could also be easier. I would also love it if there's a chat function within the app, just to keep everything in there.

PROS: What I love about this software is I don't need to have IT skills to use it! It's very user-friendly even to non-programmers so you can immediately start using it for your company.

CONS: It's not affordable to start-ups and small companies. We also had a few experiences wherein there are delays with the automation.

PROS: The best part of Pipefy is that it allows users to customize work pipelines. Through this, we can also create custom reports easily. The software is user-friendly and their customer support staff has always been helpful.

CONS: I wish they would put dark background options for people like me who have sensitive eyes. I'd appreciate it.

PROS: This intuitive tool helps us manage all our processes. It keeps everything organized and streamlined especially in dealing with several customers. I love that it's customizable!

CONS: The mobile app's features are a bit limited.

PROS: It's super useful in creating streamlined processes for our products. Great for any team size and any workload! I also love that they offer guides to boost user-experience.

CONS: There are times when it can be a bit unstable so it is necessary to recheck the processes you built. They could also add a better "import database" function because that one is not really optimal right now.

PROS: The Kanban board is what gets me! I find it very useful. This software is really helpful in improving your business processes.

CONS: Some things need to be improved especially when importing/exporting databases.

PROS: This program helps us materialize our plans for the company. It's not that hard to learn and not really complicated to use. It keeps us going with our workflows. Definitely a great business solution.

CONS: Nothing much to dislike.

PROS: I love this tool because it's beginner-friendly and it helps us transition to a paperless company. I love how it can be integrated with various programs.

CONS: The app sometimes gets slow. I also don't like it that the billing only charges US dollars.

PROS: This is a highly functional software that makes our jobs a lot easier because of its amazing features. I love the ready-made templates which can be duplicated when we need to create another workflow for other projects. Its design is user-friendly even to those who don't have prior knowledge of programming.

CONS: The process of integrating other software takes time. It actually took months for it to get adapted to our system.

PROS: This software allowed me to automate all the processes within a whole company! The integrations improved the workflows and the automation definitely made everything more efficient. It's amazing. I got to automize everything from onboarding to payments! All thanks to Kanban style, it makes everything easier for the user.

CONS: I hope they would improve the design customization functions soon, so we could send in automated branded emails.

PROS: Some great things about Pipefy: (1) it helps me get my job done because of the streamlined processes; (2) it has an incredible help center; (3) the Kanban's functionality is top-notch; (4) its intuitive interface improves the experience; (5) it's highly customizable; and (6) it offers great automation! It's really helpful to any of your team's process.

CONS: Loading cards takes time sometimes. I also hope they could improve the import function because it's laborious to import databases. It's also a bit restrictive and integrating it with other software is not easy. The dashboard can also be improved by making it more customizable.

PROS: I love that it can guide our employees in accomplishing their tasks. The features are really amazing as well as the integration functions.

CONS: The placement of the editing options is a bit confusing for me. I don't also like the PDF exportation that much, as well as the reporting function. I love this app, but it has several limits.

PROS: Three words: simple, easy, and efficient. Pipefy is super simple but has lots of complex actions. It is easy to use so it doesn't overwhelm non-programmers. And lastly, it helps us get the job efficiently done. The automation and integrations are top-notch! They also have a highly-commendable support team!

CONS: It's not perfect because some functions could have been there to make it better such as calculations and database importing.

PROS: I love how easy it is to create automation with its simplified, logical programming.

CONS: I do think it needs more graphics to make it more modern and engaging. If that's the case we can also use it as a tool for reporting.

PROS: Pipefy beats all its better-known competitors in all aspects! It's easy to maintain, it's easy to create processes. You can generate insights in a beat. It does its job of keeping your internal workflows organized and closely tracked. I also commend the pre-made pipeline templates!

CONS: The dashboards can be improved to make it easier on the eyes.
