Planning Center Review

PROS: It is easy to set-up and has a simple user interface. It is also easy to integrate with the Planning Center products, making this a useful tool for organizing events.

CONS: The mobile app has some glitches, but other than that, it runs smoothly.

PROS: PCR is easy to use and everything is customizable. It also has a great support team and has a system that integrates well with PCO products.

CONS: Everyone who registers must have an account. I hope they can change this as it can inconvenience some of the guests.

PROS: I can take payments on registration and change the format of the event page. It is also relatively cheap compared to other software and can integrate into PC software easily.

CONS: I love everything about this app so I can't really say anything bad about it.

PROS: The back-end is always being improved. After three years of using it, I've seen a lot of improvements in the app, making it easier for me as an admin. They also never increase the price of the software.

CONS: I hope it has the application that can automatically register for recurring events, so we don't have to make another registration for it over again.

PROS: Our church has a lot of events. PCR helps keep it organized and allows us to name different people as managers of each event. This makes it easier for us to delegate tasks.

CONS: I hope we can track the people who registered but didn't attend the event.

PROS: I can now create registration pages smoothly and without any problem. I can also keep track of the data I need.

CONS: I can't remove people once they cancel. I hope they can improve on this.

PROS: Everything is well-organized and can sync with planning center services. It also registers a lot of people at a faster rate.

CONS: There should be more personalization in each field as other software provide this feature.

PROS: It is super intuitive and is user-friendly.

CONS: Some features still need to be tried as it doesn't run smoothly.

PROS: It is user-friendly and allows registration through a temporary login. Once registered, they can create their accounts.

CONS: I don't really have much to dislike about PCR, but if I were to make a suggestion, I suggest to have more built-in plug-ins like that of Spotify or Apple Music.

PROS: It is very easy to use. Everything is self-explanatory, so you won't have any problem operating the application.

CONS: The back-end can be confusing. The people I assigned for it, find it a bit complicated.

PROS: Every individual who registers is automatically added to the database. The payments are also convenient and it's easy to hand in reimbursements for those who will cancel.

CONS: I hope they can use another payment option for it as it goes to another place for bookkeeping.

PROS: It is very easy to access for both the parents and the pastor.

CONS: I wish they could provide another means of communication other than that of an email.

PROS: It is the best tool for church management because it continues to improve over the years. We've seen it improve throughout the years we've been using it.

CONS: I hope the software will not be divided into categorical apps anymore.
