CONS: Once you delete something, you cannot go back and retrieve it. At times, you can delete something by mistake and if you want to see the previous report, this tool does not provide such feature. It can thus be frustrating and inconvenient on that part.

PROS: I like how you can Podio integrated with just about anything within your PC. These integrations can either be in the form of a calendar, contacts, e-mails, and etc... It's a fantastic CRM system and for planning/scheduling things. An awesome tool that your clients can utilize.
CONS: I don't like how it can be slow at times. Comptability with other systems can be a problem from time to time. The API isn't open for public use. So it's hard making things for it.

PROS: It works well in managing content online. With its ability to integrate with Google Drive, you can save your work automatically. It allows for ease of communication with colleges due to its chat features. You can set up workspaces for your clients, employees and contractors and thus ease of coordination through effective communication.

PROS: There is a free version of Podio, which means you can test it and get acquainted with how it works with ease. When it comes to organizing campaigns and projects, it works well in your favor. It accommodates up to 5 users making it ideal for small and medium projects. You can manage the users where each can design their workspaces and report the progress of the project to other teams for ease of coordination.
CONS: The learning curve is an issue. The software has many features and getting to know how each works takes time. If it is your first time to use the tool, you should take some time to know it before taking on a project with your team.

PROS: It is mobile friendly which adds to the flexibility of use. You can use the application while on the move, which allows you to customize your workspace and manage projects on the go. The free version makes things better especially for small businesses as they get time to learn what the software has to offer. On top of that, they have great customer service when you experience problems in customizing some of their features.
CONS: Although the customer service was spot-on, customizing the product features to your needs can sometimes be overwhelming. However the tool does not work well on Edge and IE as it does on Chrome.

PROS: I like being able to make customized apps in Podio. I feel it helped kept my business organized significantly. I love how its app can be mobile friendly. I also love its customized alerts since it helps me keep track of my tasks and not be easily overwhelmed with a to-do list.

PROS: It helps increase collaboration with workmates through its platform. Employees can easily learn how to use the platform, what key features go where or what their role is. When it comes to delivering, it does not disappoint and thus allows all teams to focus on their core skills, where everyone actively participates.
CONS: It can prove to be tiring when entering projects in the system. The data entry work is a lot as you have to enter each field at a time. The tool would have been better if it had a quick add feature that allows you to enter a single field and automatically fill the remaining fields. When you have multiple projects to create, filters in the activity fields would have been appropriate in case you want to search for team member or project.

PROS: It has a shareable feature that allows you share data and files with your peers. For group members in a project, it is easy to upload documents and share them on the same platform. This increases collaboration and hence efficiency of work.
CONS: The arrangement of the documents stored in the system is not ideal. It can be difficult to access them whenever you need. The documents uploaded in the system are arranged in a way that the newest ones fall at the bottom, while the earlier ones are at the top. Scrolling down to see what was recently uploaded does not make sense and thus frustrating.

PROS: It provides an easy and simple interface where you can share files and assign roles to your teammates. You can send reminders to your coworkers regarding to the tasks assigned and the deadlines to meet. The live chat empowers you to stay on top of things with your team.

PROS: The best functionality it has is the wide range of options for making customizations and extensions. Great suit for collaboration. Unlike that of other products, users can include apps and widen its features further. What's more, they can make changes to such apps so they conform to what they really need.
CONS: At times, I would reach my limitations. I'd end up not utilizing the apps that I really need. Its complexity further lowers the features seen in some parts of the software. There are other project management solutions that does things better.

PROS: Project management, CRMs, and to-do solutions are all based on the utilization of fields and databases. Thanks to Podio, I was able to do a number of things. It's a workflow capable of dealing with intricate Wordpress processes. It has a database for marketing material.
CONS: It's not something that I hate. More like a recommendation. If you're in need of creating your own system, you'll need some basic backgound on databases, fields, and tables. Workflow can be complex but they seem a lot easier to make now.

PROS: There is so much that Podio brings to the table. It is rich in apps that help you to create or add features depending on the needs of your business. You can identify your teams members, assign them tasks and give reminders on the tasks you have assigned making it effective in your project management role.
CONS: It does not integrate well with other applications that you may be using in your business. For example, when you try to link to QuickBooks and Freshbooks, it is difficult and thus a big problem.

PROS: I like its flexibility. I wanted to be updated on the progress on a wide range of progress. I get to that by making customized app in tracking precise metrics so benchmarks can be met. The task tool makes things easy in delegating tasks to others, spot what needs to be done daily, and have the progress for all my projects at my own pace.
CONS: Initial setup take some time. This holds true if you're creating apps that would get Podio to meet your needs. With that in mind, a lot of time will be saved in terms of communication and efficiency in the later going.

PROS: The software makes social collaboration easy for any project. It provides an easy set up interface and you can manage and use it effectively to suit your needs. As for the price, the return on investment is unmatched, which makes it a reliable tool. It replaces most functions played by email as it helps make communication consistent and accessible to all team members at the same time in a particular project. You can also check the status of the project for all your staff members and thus keep them up to date on what is happening.
CONS: It can be slow regarding performance at times. The options of tracking the progress of the project are also limited, which gives it a limitation in managing projects. The UI and navigation features need improving.

PROS: The flexibility to build systems specific to each workflow and tasks being automated. Podio’s API abilities allow us to integrate most any other apps, programs, and online services. Also the great Podio team in Raleigh, NC. The ability to personally chat with any team member right in your Podio workspace. They are responsive, knowledgeable, will look into any issues and exhaust all possible remedies, and really nice people.
CONS: Podio seems to be the forgotten jewel. Podio needs ongoing development and better access control. Podio loyalists have been patiently waiting and it appears some progress is in the works.
