PROS: It helps with scheduling posts on social media, it links to most accounts

CONS: When you have a customer service issue, you keep getting AI email responses, when you actually get a non robot they are rude, when you ask for a supervisor they block your account We have a lifetime subscription to radaar through appsumo and they broke the contract by blocking access to our account
