PROS: ReachEdge is a product that knows what is doing, you can quickly see results from the usage of this product. It is understandable and easy to use. Its team works their best in order to help you achieve your goals.
CONS: It took me some time to understand the how this product works and what it does, it’s not the product fault, I’m old-fashioned and I worked with phone books before I started using this product. Thanks to its customer support that show me how to manage this product.
The least favorable review
PROS: I’m using reach local for more than 2 years, and because of this product we have become #1 on google in our business. We were able to capture lot of leads thanks to this software. It allows us to manage each customer from one place. Its stuff is one of the best, especially Adam who is an expert in his field. Small sized and big sized companies can benefit from this software.
CONS: I don’t have any complaints about this software, it works perfectly.

PROS: I’ve been working with Reach Local for 8 years by now. I am an executive of a Restoration Construction company and I don’t have enough time to execute all the elements that define our reputation especially online. I work with Emily Parker member of Reach Local team, she is my marketing manager for SEO and Social services. She has thought me the importance of engagement on social networks as an important thing for our online reputation.
CONS: Emily is not our dedicated digital manager and I don’t like that other reach local clients work with her too.
