PROS: This applicant tracking system is a simple product that helps us to track, email and also update the list of the candidates and many other recruiting tasks. It has an uncomplicated and advanced search tool to let the recruiters find the most relevant candidates from the applicants’ pool. The software is easy to navigate and very simple to learn. It doesn’t require a lot of training and all our users can use this product
CONS: In the beginning I didn’t know how to export both the call and candidate lists. But the support team has been very great and cooperative to help me with this problem. Also, it would be a great addition to integrate the social media and online job boards to the Standard Edition like the Premium Edition.
The least favorable review
PROS: Storm search and email tracking are the two more intense features that elevate its value among other giants in the market. We can search candidates against job order’s details such as location, qualification, skills, etc. We can also target passive candidates by searching through internal and external resume libraries.
CONS: Sometime it gets slow while accessing external resources, we wish for a better response.

PROS: First of all, I’m amazed of its support team, you can always get them on phone or contact them via email they respond quickly. Also, the platform is easily customizable and we can customize it according to our needs. In addition, they provide trial for each applicant which is extremely great. We can keep a track of sent emails and hiring managers can review them and their current status and position.
CONS: It takes some time if you want to customize the solution according to your company’s needs. They could make the system simpler.

PROS: I have been using RecruitBPM for more than three years and within the first year alone we were able to increase our database of candidates for four-times. It is a flawless setup and administration is always simple and clear. The customer service and additional training are excellent. Advanced candidate search offers the capabilities with great summary results that let the recruiters to quickly discover the candidates they want to speak with.The integrations allow you to grow your database and maximize your investment in job boards.

It allows both divisions to effectively communicate with each other with no downtime waiting for a call or email back. For on-boarding, payroll and human resource related questions it is very easy to navigate and see where someone left off if an issue needed to be taken care of immediately. RecruitBPM is a very easy to use solution for tracking both the potential and current clients as well as candidates.
CONS: I believe RecruitBPM would be a strong benefit to add to any organization. I have used different applicant tracking software for recruitment, sales, and human resources. I find this recruiting solution to be the easiest to cross train a team when not in the same office. PROS: It happens to be an ideal choice of ATS in the market because of several reasons. Mainly the price is highly affordable, secondly, it helps you to manage job orders, applicant resumes, and team members very well. Thirdly you can keep track of whole hiring process and progress in each phase of recruitment. Moreover, you can even track email communications for staying updated about the progress on a job order or interview schedule and response of your contacts on marketing campaigns. These are the main things that I admire most but there is a lot more to it.

PROS: We have been using RecruitBPM as our applicant tracking system for more than 3 years. We use it to post open positions to several job sites, manage applicant flow, schedule interviews, and send job offers and background checks. It consolidates our records so that everyone involved in recruiting has a central source of information. We are able to handle all the different jobs/offers/candidates of ours within the system. It is extremely user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing to use. We have never experienced any troubles in training or setting up new users, they always catch on quickly. The hiring managers and recruiters are able to quickly review candidates at a glance with all notes, texts or emails sent at the top of their profile. This has made jumping into a job order easy for those who may be out of the loop. RecruitBPM’s customer support is very effective and outstanding, they offer free training and very timely responses to any questions or concerns we may have.
CONS: We did not have any bad experience while using this product; rather, I will say that choosing RecruitBPM was one of the best decisions by our company. PROS: We use this recruiting software for all of our recruitment needs and most of our employees have access to it. We hire on a fairly consistent basis, and RecruitBPM helps us to keep track of candidates, interviews, evaluations, and reporting. We have it integrated with our company careers page, as well as our company’s Social Media. As the recruitment coordinator, I use it in routine to ensure that candidates are coming in, and moving through the process efficiently. This applicant tracking system is user-friendly which makes the recruiting process easy, even for those who don't use it on a regular basis. We've also seen value from the various job boards; this recruiting software connects us with for free. Many of our candidates come from the free job boards RecruitBPM connects with including Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn pages. This makes posting jobs in multiple places very easy.
CONS: Overall, I find it to be a very helpful tool. It's a great way to house all of your candidates, and keep the interview process moving forward. As we have various hiring managers using the platform at different times, it's nice that it is user-friendly. Some use it frequently, so the fact that it isn't over complicated is helpful. Also, with the integration options that are available, it does a nice job of connecting our various resources outside of RecruitBPM platform. It is rather a comprehensive applicant tracking software.

PROS: This recruitment software is used by our entire organization. Basically we are a recruiting and staffing agency and RecruitBPM is used to track all of our information on the candidates we have been recruiting, their interviews and progress, and any job orders that come in the companies that we are actively recruiting for. Mainly, this applicant tracking system helps us to run the whole show from one database the entire company could interact with. It allows us to capture lots of detailed information about the candidates we are recruiting, as well as track the open job orders they are matched with and notes on their interview progress. It also let us easily post and edit open job orders that our organization is working on. RecruitBPM is easily accessible for our whole company to use on daily basis, and provides quick access to the data on our clients and job orders to be used for company reports.
CONS: It offers great recruiting benefits at very low prices. So, there isn’t anything particular I can mention to my disliking. So, there is nothing specific worth mentioning, rather than the increased response time at initial stages when we used to add huge number of candidates at a time in the pipeline. The new release of this recruiting software has solved this problem as well.

PROS: This applicant tracking software keeps us organized in the process. It allows us to easily store all information in one place for easy reference. It provides us with templates, support, and ideas to improve our internal process. The templates simplify the communication between our team and the candidates. The ability to source people and move candidates to different job openings increases our ability to fill positions. RecruitBPM has decreased the time we need to spend during our hiring process by at least 1/3 from the method we've used in the past. It keeps everything we need in one place and simplifies the entire process for everyone involved.
CONS: Previously we had an Excel spreadsheet which meant it was very difficult to pipeline and identify future talent, this recruiting solution allows us to do this in an easy and simple way. Candidates don't fall through the cracks and are easy to manage.

PROS: One of the best parts I like about RecruitBPM is the integrations, it offers integrations with different software and platforms including job-boards and emailing. These integrations save a lot of our time whether it is to publish jobs or to send emails in bulk. I have already recommended this incomparable recruiting solution to a number of my colleagues to help them with their recruiting issues. It is great software to keep all the candidate data in one place, to set up and track all the hiring processes and store all the recruiting data in the cloud. It’s been a pleasant experience to use RecruitBPM.
CONS: It is a very user-friendly applicant tracking system with a huge plus of allowing you an easy integration of your calendar. Enabling the users to customize the product to fit their company’s specific requirements, it gets very simple to share and post your open positions with multiple job sites through one platform. Overall, it offers a pleasant experience to the users with no regrets and disadvantages.

PROS: This applicant tracking system is a simple product that helps us to track, email and also update the list of the candidates and many other recruiting tasks. It has an uncomplicated and advanced search tool to let the recruiters find the most relevant candidates from the applicants’ pool. The software is easy to navigate and very simple to learn. It doesn’t require a lot of training and all our users can use this product
CONS: In the beginning I didn’t know how to export both the call and candidate lists. But the support team has been very great and cooperative to help me with this problem. Also, it would be a great addition to integrate the social media and online job boards to the Standard Edition like the Premium Edition.

PROS: Being fully integrated and customizable this recruiting software makes the interactions with our clients and candidates very easy. It is very spontaneous and easy to use with customizing options and continuous improvements. It offers the ability to get to different pages and perform actions from anywhere. Love the constant innovation as well as continuing to add more integration. Clean interface, simple navigation, and overall improved workflow. The look of the system is unique and definitely more convenient.
CONS: I have used other applicant tracking systems in the market and I like RecruitBPM much better. Overall it is highly functional but I think there is much more room for further improvements.

PROS: We have been using this amazing recruiting software to streamline our organization’s hiring process, and we have been successful. Our main use for it is to publish our job postings out to dozens of different job boards from one platform, and it does this very well. We were originally trying to use various job sites together at a time, but RecruitBPM is way easier to do it from one place. The integrations allow you to grow your database and maximize your investment in job boards. We also use it to manage the interview process because the interview scheduling process is superb! Advanced candidate search offers the capabilities with great summary results that let the recruiters to quickly discover the candidates they want to speak with.
CONS: This product offers great recruiting benefits at very low prices. So, there isn’t anything I can mention as my disliking.
