PROS: I have looked at other software and as far as I can tell Recruiterbox offers best price for what I need. We run small business and we don’t have many job openings. It is affordable and does everything like other more expensive solutions. PROS: The tool is easy to use and simple. What we like the most about Recruiterbox is the ability to integrate with email schedules and acquire feedbacks from interviewers systematically. We use this tool to post what positions we are hiring, and from there, we are able to take applicants for reviewing purposes. Understanding how tool work is easy, as well. Recruitment team onboarding has never been a stressful job for us.
CONS: The platform provides the assistance we need. But if they integrate Slack and HRMS software with this tool, we’ll find it even more helpful in finalizing candidates along the hiring process. Hope they could include these options in future updates.

PROS: Recruiterbox is extremely easy to use software and it can be used even by those who are non-tech users. It has great set of features to you can make the recruiting process smoothly. The good thing is that the team behind this product constantly adds new features and integration so you can have dynamic platform. It offers wonderful permissioning model and collaboration tools. It helps me to screen candidates fast and effectively.
CONS: It would be great if they could improve the embedded job widget on website and interview scheduling tool. To be more precise, the embedded widget works great but whenever we have many openings at once there is a need of better search option or filtering tools. I believe that they are improving this issue. Also, I need a tool for candidates so I can select availability and schedule interviews, for this purpose I’m using Google Appointment but it would be great if they could make an integration with this one.

PROS: Recruiterbox is easy to use. The job postings are automatically posted on free job websites—and that’s something that saves us energy and time. The onboarding functionality equipped on the tool helped us quickly understand the software’s function. I also appreciate its customer support, as they are fast and responsive and able to provide reliable solutions to all our needs and concerns. I prefer getting supports through email rather than phone calls. Good thing, Recruiterbox provided it for us. Tracking candidates’ profiles and moving those with potential to a custom stage is easy, as well. This tool is highly recommended for everyone who is looking to ease the recruitment process.
CONS: It’s not much of a dislike, but I just noticed that the user interface theme can’t be customized. But the rest of the software’s features are excellent.

PROS: I like how simple this platform is. We can easily manage all the listings and it offers great features that help us to keep everythin in perfect order. We have great experience with its support team, they are always willing to assist us and they are very friendly and knowledgeable.
CONS: The reporitng is not as I want it to be. Sometimes I get inaccurate information and I don’t really know where this inaccurate information is comming from. Also, there is no way to export it into Excel spreadhseet and there is lot of work to do on the back end if you want tomake it visually appealing and understandable.
