Regpack Review

PROS: I love how it is very customizable to our needs. We can access it anywhere and it is very easy to use. This is both for the admin and the users. The communication features have made our communication processes smoother. Now, we can communicate with our doctors, families, and staff. With Regpack, we have served more kids safely and efficiently.

CONS: There are sometimes minor glitches. They are quickly addressed. Also, there are times when customer support is unresponsive.

PROS: I love the reporting feature. I can pull up any information quickly. It allows us to access our massive database in just minutes.

CONS: It lacks advanced options for notifications and reminders for lead management.

PROS: I help organize a conference for my company and before using Regpack, making certificates for attendees and the likes were pretty hard. Now, with the software, we do it all with no sweat. Its easy-to-use user interface makes it easy to customize certificates. There are also different templates to choose from which makes making certificates on the fly very convenient. The monthly pricing scheme is fair. Also, the price is tailored to the number of attendees. This makes events small and large run efficiently and smoothly.

CONS: To be honest, I don't have anything against Regpack. Every time I feel that I will run into an issue, I contact the customer service. They, of course, are very eager to help and point me in the right direction.

PROS: Regpack is an easy to use system that is priced very honestly. It is the best system at its price point. Also, the staff have been very easy to work with. They help you set up your forms and they answer questions that you may have.

CONS: Regpack can work on its email system. It would be better if there was some way to know if an email has been opened or an email address is not functional.

PROS: The application is very flexible. I also am happy with its price points. Just perfect.

CONS: Contacting customer service can be really slow at times.

PROS: Tracking fundraising discounts for every camper is easy in Regpack. I can send email reminders for payments and even set up an auto billing option. There are many functions in the system that has been an answer to my prayer as an admin. Regpack also allows campers or their parents to view their accounts to check on discounts or make payments. Some years ago, we were launched our summer camp using a different app. But this app wasn't really a good fit for us, so we searched online for the best app there is and found Regpack. It is perfect for us.

CONS: There are some minor glitches. Customer service also takes some time to respond occassionally. Other than that, it is great.

PROS: I love how there is a dashboard for all users to see how far they are in the registration process. Users can also log out and back in should they need more than one session to finish. It is very easy to use.

CONS: There is no CC email option. I'd love it more if I can add an additional email field for a profile.

PROS: It makes creating a registration site easier. It is so flexible that I used it just the way I want to use it exactly.

CONS: I'm not a fan of customer service. It is very hard to get a hold of representatives.

PROS: My favorite feature is that I can set up preferred rules. Also, I love how it can send emails directly to registrants. This makes us more efficient and it saves time.

CONS: The process to recreate the same events is time consuming especially when they are small events. Also, it is kind of pricey for small events.

PROS: The system allows me to update choices for summer camps. I also use it to add additional products. This comes weekly for us. We also give refunds on the platform. We do not have to transfer to another program. Also, the staff is very helpful to us when we set up camps. I don't have to reinvent what we have done over and over.

CONS: If I could change anything, I would make the reporting feature more user friendly. It took us some time to really get a good grasp of it.

PROS: I love how Regpack is customizable. Also, I can access it anywhere using any device. It makes my job easier than before.

CONS: The search feature is not the best out there. I hope you can search via phone number. You can only search via last name or first name. You can't even pull up information if you use both. Hope this gets fixed.

PROS: I'm a camp director and I use Regpack for our registration process. We have multiple pricing structures for our camp options and having Regpack simplifies our offerings to our customers. It breaks down plans by age and member status so registration is easy. The system helps us gather everything into just one hub. From there, customers can select which option suits them the best.

CONS: The sales cart is sometimes clunky. There are times where options are locked even though they shouldn't be for customers. The waitlist feature can also be improved. It would be great if it could add users automatically to a confirmed status especially when some spots get canceled. Also, the reporting feature needs to be worked on. I'd appreciate it more if includes a total cost generated. Other than those, the app is wonderful.

PROS: Our registration process is a little complicated. We need to check references and also get payments. Plus, we should be able to reject or accept participants. We also need powerful reporting. Regpack helps us with all of these. It is the only software that I have come across that is just perfect for what we do. The customer service is awesome. They are very responsive. Shout out to Carina Salazar. She has helped us a ton. One of the best customer service teams I have ever encountered.

CONS: None. The flexibility of the program is just perfect for what we need.

PROS: Registration is a breeze with Regpack. Its user interface is just superb.

CONS: I'm not too high on the reports module sometimes. It is a bit confusing.
