PROS: Relenta allows you to manage all email communication with anyone your business communicates with.
CONS: Relenta is more text / word based than it is with images - I think on the surface some people will want more graphics. After using Relenta for a while I see why it is not more graphic based. Relenta emails get through because it is not relying heavily on graphics which get blocked more often that text based messages.
