PROS: For me, the best part of this product was the ease of use. I run a PR company and so need to spend a lot of time on email marketing and this product has helped me to speed up and streamline the process, allowing me to time on the creative part of my job. I've tried a number of email marketing products and this one is by far the most efficient, user friendly and cost effective product on the market.

CONS: I have not found any part of the product to be problematic.

PROS: 1. Automatically capture and track subscribers, save me a lot of manual work. 2. Dynamic segmentation works wonders. 3. Auto Drip campaigns that too using email, SMS, Push is very easy to create. 4. Behavioral campaign to trigger notifications based on my customer\'s actions is super cool. 5. And the most attractive part is the Notif which shows real-time notification on my website and has increased my lead generation 10 folds.

CONS: Minor field level validations need to be checked and improved upon.

PROS: I just wanted to let you know that I have been using Retainly for a few months now and am completely satisfied with the service! It's very user-friendly and my email campaigns have been very successful. I compared so many email marketing sites and finally selected Retainly. I'm glad I did! - Cheaper Solution compared to Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and other well-known brands in the market - Great Customer Support. They have live chat - Great Integrations & Features for SaaS products - Contact Tagging

CONS: - No sign-up with Facebook - Stable features. Some of them are still in beta
