PROS: Because it’s very easy to set up and use, our staff were comfortable with it right off the bat. Also, thanks to this product, our service becomes more impeccable since our staff would always be there whenever our customer needs any aid or support. And because we were able to successfully install in our iPads, every personnel can now quickly tell if there is a free room in our establishment.

CONS: Since we have a small office space, the app actually covers all our needs. We’re mostly using the app’s conference room booking function.

CONS: The app gets disconnected several times a day, hampering the flow of our operations. I also find it tedious to cancel schedules, which happens when the booking was prepared by another person.

PROS: I like how the app allows you to handle multiple bookings as it is constantly updated in real time. Its integration with Microsoft calendar also assures you that each of your clients is notified.

CONS: It is a bit disappointing that access with Microsoft calendar is limited to the availability of a time slot, constantly logging in and out of the app proves to be an inconvenience.

PROS: Booking rooms for our company became effortless when I started using this app, its visual indicators is straightforward and easy. Once you get to figure the app’s workings everything follows through smoothly.

CONS: My only problem is its internet connectivity, the system fails to notify us if the unit gets disconnected.

PROS: It is incredible how easy to use Robin is. Despite that, it has a lot of powerful features. More than its functionality though, I am at awe of its customer support team. They are simply the best I have encountered, as they are prompt in replying to my questions

CONS: The only issue I have with Robin is its opaqueness regarding its subscription tiers. We didn't know what we were getting into exactly until we signed up for a demo. It took too much time and effort just to know what the app has to offer. Because of it, we almost didn't commit to Robin.
