PROS: It has changed the way we conduct meetings. We don't have to be in one physical location. Roundee has given us the ability to discuss things with a group even if the members are miles away from each other. It also has helped us focus more on the meeting, share thoughts and participate instead of spending all the time writing down what is being discussed. We can simply record the conference. The recorded videos are saved in the cloud for ease of access for those who missed the meeting. Roundee also gave us the tools to work together as a team seamlessly. Everyone can edit the minutes, helping us ensure that all participants are on the same page. There's also an integrated chat feature, ability to share screens, and many more. There are many helpful features and it's amazing that the tool remains easy to use.
CONS: If you have a huge team and need to have a meeting with lots of people, you'll have to pay for the Roundee service. They do offer a free version of the software but the number of individuals who can attend the video conference is limited.
