PROS: Thanks to this tool we can engage our users in the data quality process and to make them CEO of their territory and with D&B data we can do thorough white space analysis by identifying important areas of cross sell. Our sales reps love the Visual Hierarchy feature.
CONS: It would be great if they could add more deduplication features for both new insert and updates to records and more contacts in the database.

PROS: Data.com Prospector offers a native integration with SalesForce, with 1 click we can clean Lead or Contacts records as well as update Accounts.
CONS: Data accuracy and reliability is absolutely unsatisfactory. In the past, Jigsaw provided information at reasonable prices, but recently 7 times of 10 person's searches either the information is not found, marked as inactive or is not correct.

PROS: Data.com is our main tool for data strategy and with D&B data into SF that are related to our accounts helps us to druve data-driven decisions. With Data.com clean feature we are able to identify duplicates and accounts that are no longer active. In the Salesforce everything is related to Accounts and this means that if they are not structured properly then we’re going to have issues with metrics and reporting as we grow.
CONS: It misses some prospecting attributes like IT budget and report to- hierarchies.

PROS: We use this tool to clean our existing Salesforce data while prospecting for new clients. It is simple and easy configurable. It provides us with Industry and SIC info and when we prospecting we are more focused on specific industries and job titles and it makes the prospecting quick. When it comes to B2B commerce clean data is very important because we are more focused on the right customers and prospects. With its useful tools and easy configuration we are getting the most accurate data.
CONS: Sometimes Data.com hasn’t been updated for 6 months. It is hard to clean leads because of less data for Data.com to make accurate match. Also, it doesn’t provides us with the information if someone is our existing customer already.

PROS: This is wonderful tool for managing and organizing incomplete and duplicate information and this tool offers great clean process. By using this product we are able to update the account information, to over-write incorrect info and to pull data so we can track duplicates better.
CONS: Within the prospector there are tools that lack like truck count, type of driver and other information so for this reason we hope that they will expand the Data.com tool. Also, I like to see an option where we can differentiate between what’s different with the phone number and a phone number that include 1 before other numbers of the zip.

PROS: The tool is intuitive and simple, it has great integration wit SF system. It is easy to use and we can easily train others to use it. I like that it has great built-in tags so we can track metrics, the clean button is simple and with clean comparison screen our sales team can make better decisions on what they want/need to accept from Data.com. Its Prospecting Insights capability provides fast firmographic data about the accounts and industry trends.
CONS: It lacks international contacts, direct dials on contact information as well.

PROS: Data.com provides lot of information about the companies we care about. The tool is easy to configure and easy to maintain and I like that as an admin I don’t have to be involved 100% in it because I did the set up and everything else is managed by the managers. I especially like the Prospecting Insights feature it is very useful in our SDR team.
CONS: The option for enrich company data has been included but it is only available to Premium customers.

PROS: With Data.com we can find accounts, leads and contacts outside of Salesforce. This is great solution for managing data in SF with 3rd party apps. Also, if you want to do querys to SFDB you can use Force.com Explorer it has tables filters, static resources including .zip and .jar files, images, js and etc.
CONS: There are no improvements in the IDE lately and there is no autocomplet of objects of schema such as tables or fields. Also, they could include drag-and-drop feature into Force.comExplorer.

PROS: Data.com is easy to use solution and it provides huge amount of information and it has great integration with Salesforce tool as well. I like that SF constantly releases new features so they can improve their service, they are open to suggestions and feedback from their customers. I personally like Company Hierarchies and Prospecting Insights features for getting clear picture of he companies and contacts for the target market.
CONS: I have found out that sometimes it doesn’t contains company or contact information for small organizations and companies. So you can use other tools for gathering data along with Data.com.

PROS: I like that I can clean and update records with just few clicks and echanced data with D&B integration provides reliable and accurate data source that is visible across entire SFDC.
CONS: I cannot export large amount of data like I used to in Jigsaw. In additon, I’d like to make changes on our own into Hierarchy structure based on Data.com’ Hierarchy feature.

PROS: Data.com is easy to use tool and it is very cinvenient, our sales reps are already working in Salesforce and they really like the ability to prospect and confirm the information, they already have a way to chooshe who to conntact. We can increase our productivity and having fun while brainstorming before meetings and to make successful cold-calls and even our finance teams like the D&B information that they are provided with. Furthermore, we have create new sales team that it works for inside sales. The other good thing is that we don’t have to waste too much time in trainings and we are spending our time in closing deals.
CONS: There is no direct connection with Linkedln even though we have premium licenses for both products we still need to copy/paste around.
