PROS: It leads to improved communication in the workplace. You can easily sort out your leads in terms of contacts and send them to your colleagues with all of their information at their disposal. This will help them to know which leads to target and ensure they build a tailored campaign around the target audience. It increases customization by helping you sort your contacts without interfering with your core goals. This allows you to be more productive.
CONS: At the moment we use SalesforceIQ for relationship management and not more of tracking sales. We have not been able to find a way to connect it with our incomes or sales. It may be the system set up is complex and thus it would be better if it was simpler. We want to track sales and still manage relationships with our leads.
The least favorable review
PROS: SalesforceIQ is user-friendly. It captures your emails and then seamlessly links them to accounts. Everything is automated that we do not have to do a lot of the grunt work to. It is an ideal option for an entry level CRM.
CONS: I am a big fan of customization and SalesforceIQ fails miserably in this regard. While the software performs well at high level, it just doesn't offering any room for customization in many aspects, such as reports and accounts.

PROS: It offers a self-help solution where you can learn how the tool works without the presence of a professional. With its simple user interface, you can get started right away and use the tool to manage relationships with your leads. You are also assigned an account manager who helps you to explore the full benefits the tool has to offer.
CONS: Despite all the helpful features it has in store, the SalesforceIQ still has a few glitches that need addressing. For example, when you want to edit account information, it takes a lot of time. You have to go through unnecessary steps to arrive at what you are looking for. This can be improved to make it easier and faster.

PROS: Customer support has always been our challenge in the past. However, with SalesforceIQ we no longer have to wait in line for hours to get our issues heard and fixed. We can say that the tool provides better and more reliable customer service for issues we bring up during the deployment of the product. Apart from that, we can have a sales associate assigned to help us all the way.
CONS: Problems will always be there but it is how they are addressed, which can be challenging. With SalesforceIQ, I experienced some issues with the tool which I forwarded the query to the support team and then they did the same to the developers or engineers. I am hopeful that the issues will be fixed soon.

PROS: It is easy to use. The interface is simple to get around even for a person who is not tech savvy. With that in mind, I have a large team and thus a tool such as this can be easy for them to adjust to. They can come in and start using it right away without wasting time in training.
CONS: Although simple, some of the features of the tool can be complex. For example, the opportunity feature for accounts can be complicated to add in an account. It offers a complex way to get around this. Probably they can make it more straightforward for ease of customization of the feature according to your needs.

PROS: The tracking feature is point-on as you do not have to depend on your instincts or opinion in relationship management. It tracks emails which gives you the upper hand in terms of who you should send the emails to. It allows you to prioritize on the most important leads. You can also track a timeline on where your colleague left off so that you can take over from there. The reminders will keep you informed on the schedule you should adhere to.
CONS: There is still more to do for this tool when it comes to integration with outlook. I find myself having to copy and paste an email of a lead on outlook instead as it does not offer email templates for this purpose. It would be nice if it had such a feature when you are sending email to another platform apart from the SalesforceIQ.

PROS: SalesforceIQ is not that hard to use. We can easily onboard new hires right into the system. Also, the visibility it gives us is just great.
CONS: I used to be a Salesforce admin and I feel that there are some features Salesforce didn't incorporate with SFIQ. I am aware that some functionalities are now in the queue so all I can do now is be patient until the update the system.

PROS: The tool has been remarkable in making us better in terms of our core skills. It allows us to sort out information in the form of lists and organize in a way that every team member can access it with ease. This helped to motivate us in our line of work. Apart from that, it helps to produce reports on sales made by each team member. We can then see where we are going wrong and come together as a team to make it better.
CONS: Although it offers a download option for your mobile device, it does not work the way it is supposed to. It fails to include the full details or information of the calls or meetings you have held. This means that in order to get those full details, you have to go to the web version of the tool.

PROS: Building relationships is a great thing for any business to sell. To be consistent and show you customers and prospects that you care, you have to use emails to achieve that. SalesforceIQ integrates well with Gmail which makes relationship management easier and efficient. You can therefore keep track of contacts and schedule when and to who you should send emails. From there, you can check whether the recipient read your email or not. The tool is also mobile friendly as it supports iPhone where you can download the app in your phone and manage contacts on the move.
CONS: Although the email notifications are fine, it may require improving in some areas. I should be able to get the email notifications of prospects even when I have not logged into the system. This will ensure a smooth and better management of relationships with my customers, and when I should send them, emails.

PROS: SalesforceIQ syncs well with Outook. Once you get the hang of it on top of tailoring the system to your preference, entering information is a very simple process.
CONS: At first, their customer service as okay but it soon changed for the worse when we started paying them. Second, we can't add more than 300 items to the pick list. I work in the real estate industry and we monitor over 300 buildings. It was bad that Salesforce never mentioned this and we only found out after we spent so many hours learning the system. Once we spotted the issue, all support we got was series of emails and runarounds.

PROS: SalesforceIQ captures data from various sources to keep all information up to date. There is also the collaboration functionality that allows me and my co-workers to work in the same list. I also like the software's option to maintain some information private.
CONS: The software is so good at pulling information that it gets too much data, often resulting to confusion. Plus, it does not offer multiple reporting feature like other versions of Salesforce.

PROS: It has everything in place for any modern content management tool. With an easy to use interface, you can manage contacts for your leads with ease. We can add new employees with minimum effort and training in the system and deploy them to work with the tool. Apart from that, it offers utmost visibility for all users to track prospects effectively.
CONS: The tool is amazing in terms of functionality. However, there are some capabilities that will require adding to help it function better. Although they may be considering this, it would be better to see those upgrades sooner than later.

PROS: SalesforceIQ sports a user-friendly interface that is so easy to navigate. I lead a large, ditributed group who works on deals on top of other stuff, so it awesome that I have a tool that they can pick up and use right off the bat.
CONS: There are some functionalities that are missng, such as additional opportunities. It can be cumbersome to add individual properties for a single account. It would have been nice if SalesforceIQ has that.

PROS: It allowed smooth workflow in general for both the team and me. We can now stay on top of things through faster execution of deals and higher return on investment (ROI). It helps to integrate with your email marketing campaign for ease of tracking of leads and better relationship management on the same. It helps you to sort out emails for every customer making it easy to manage that information. Apart from that, they have responsive customer support.
CONS: When it comes to using your email, it requires you to figure out how you will do it. It can be complex at times but once you get the hang of it, it becomes a normal thing. It would be great if the tool had a chrome plugin to help you track the emails you send to your leads or customers.

PROS: I like how SalesforceIQ enables me to track all emails, effectively eliminating guesswork in my team. With SFIQ, everything is so transparent that I can see where one left his work off when they are not around. The task bar is also a neat reminder when to call who, etc.
CONS: Perhaps what I don't like about SFIQ is that I don't know how to fully optimize the system. I also wish the software can create templates for emails whenever I email outside the software. I have to copy and paste email contact manually to Outlook, which is time intensive.

PROS: It integrates well with Outlook which means I can easily track emails from leads or prospects. When it comes to managing emails from leads, it can be an uphill task. With outlook integration, I do not have to worry about this. In response, I can send emails to leads and know whether they read or opened the emails I send. This capability allows me to measure the success or efficiency of my campaign.
CONS: The reporting part of the tool is not there. It does not compute for commissions and percentages. In short, you cannot depend on the tool to offer numerical performance of your business in terms of the sales you have made or the increase from the previous sales. It would be better if this feature was included for reliable reporting.

PROS: What I really love about SalesforceIQ is its intuitiveness. Most CRMs require going through training and tutorials but SalesforceIQ is totally different. I am able to set up several pipeliness and taught myself the ins and outs, without any Salesforce experience. For my advanced queries, the support sent prompt responses and many of them were answered by my account, Jackie Shockley.
CONS: I wish editing account information isn't complicated. Clicking a lot pencils before I can actually edit the fields takes a lot of time.
