CONS: It isn't fully customizable. For an organization like us that prepares conferences, customization features is important. So it would be really helpful if there are more customization options. But overall, the app is still awesome.

PROS: Ease of use and scalability. We use this tool to organize events of any size, whether it is a summit with thousands of attendees or a simple conference of a hundred individuals.
CONS: I find its layout a bit dull and quite unprofessional. Not really a deal breaker. It's just not my type.
