What is SellHack?

SellHack is a browser extension that helps you build targeted lists so you can send cold emails to your leads. You can uncover your sales prospect’s previously hidden email addresses while searching their social profiles. This is how SellHack works: you create an account and run email searches by providing a first name, last name, and company URL. SellHack checks the information you provide us against multiple data sources. If the search is successful, you will get a validated email for the profile. If SellHack can’t find a valid result, it’ll present a ‘copy all’ button to copy/paste or email the different variations it generates.

PROS: While there are other solutions available in the market, Sellhack happens to be one useful tool worth keeping. I like its flexibility in data extraction and uploads, simplified dashboard, and additional contact for every referrals brought in. Even one of the founders took the time to respond to my e-mail.

CONS: Their UI could use some facelift although it's all about progress, not perfection.

PROS: It's simple to use and is decent in terms of accuracy. Typically, when I end up to prospect a 150 or so in a list, around 130 would contain an e-mail for me to make use of. Their support team is good and willing to go far and beyond to resolve any issues.

CONS: A fee is charged for a contact even if they're not 50% sure (which doesn't happen all the time). There have been cases where when I make an e-mail address validation, I end up finding one that's not valid.
