PROS: I appreciate how the tool helps our business. It becomes our source for housing our business files.
CONS: There’s definitely nothing to dislike about ServiceTitan.
The least favorable review
PROS: It is hard to say there is much good in this program, but at least one feature that has made our jobs easier is being able to search using multiple different data types.
CONS: Where do I even begin. From the beginning the data transfer from our old software to ST has been a nightmare. Instead of all the customer address being in FL, they are all AB (Alberta Canada???) When I brought this up to our "Account Manager" he said there was nothing they could do. We have over 400 club members that ST was supposed to make it easier to schedule their appointments and actually track our members, but they have all been messed up in the transition phase as well. I have spent COUNTLESS working hours trying to fix this with ZERO help from any Service Titan staff. They do not return emails until you either complain or write a bad review.

PROS: The ease of use allows us to do a lot of essential tasks with ServiceTitan, including tracking our service pros, input new customer’s data, and take old customer’s files.
CONS: You have to go over a lot of processes before finishing the job booking. Also, it doesn’t have an end time, which is really a time-consuming process when I need to go back to the scheduled job and make some changes in it to make it even longer.

PROS: ServiceTitan helps us stay on top of everything by tracking metrics, phone calls, sales, invoices, and more It also tracks the areas where you can make improvements and how efficient the software is in helping you reach your goals.
CONS: I wish there is a dedicated area for notifications that comes from customers and for conversations once they replied to the messages. Those dispatch notifications on the side look unpleasant and distracting for me.

PROS: I love everything about ServiceTitan, from text/e-mail reminders and pricing models to being cloud-based. It has everything I need.
CONS: It doesn’t have the ability to control to set different time zones. Our business operates in two different time zones, and I wish they can help us with that.

PROS: ServiceTitan is user-friendly and has tons of helpful features. The main dashboard and dispatch scheduling screen are easy to use and operate.
CONS: The app is great, but there’s one thing that bothers me when I am at the dispatch board. You have to be very careful when touching stuff there, or else you’ll lose your way when navigating around.

PROS: What I appreciate most about ServiceTitan is the customization functionality so we can easily reach our goals. We can work on several things according to our preferences, from reporting and adding user permissions to creating our own price book and many more.
CONS: Rescheduling appointments is a bit challenging. When I do it, the time interval only goes by a minute, which is supposed to be five minutes or more. Sometimes, the bubbles for calls disappear, and they can’t be classified accordingly.

PROS: I like the features included in ServiceTitan. It has an excellent scheduling tool combined with CRM to easily serve our customers, retain them, and make more sales out of it. We will never miss any service schedules with ServiceTitan.
CONS: I experienced some struggle when we are implementing ServiceTitan to the company since we already have a large customer base. But once everything is set, things run smoothly and efficiently.

PROS: I love everything about ServiceTitan, especially its dispatching tools and dashboard. Through automated text messages, customers can receive notifications regarding their appointments or service schedules.
CONS: ServiceTitan lacks the ability to set time zones. Our business has customers with different time zones, and therefore requiring different times when delivering notifications to each.
