CONS: Creating a form is quite tricky and needs to be carefully inputted.

CONS: Templates need more versatility. Yes, there are a lot of contests but the templates are limited, and the CSS option is also complicated for an average person.

PROS: ShortStack has helped us immensely in improving our reach and has a greater understanding of our market. We used it for surveys, social media engagement, and awarding promotions to customers. Even though it takes a bit of getting used to, you can get comfortable once you understand how to use the program. I like how awarding certain promotions to customers is easy to process in the program. Great for sweepstakes and other contests online.
CONS: Entries in a plan are limited and if I exceeded that I would have to pay for the upgrade.
